And the second bathroom is spotless and well-appointed, with a convenient shower and tub combo.<br/>As soon as you're settled in, you'll probably want to explore the beach. Q35 is located in the last building before the dunes, closest to the sparkly sea and white sands of our family-friendly beach. A private walkway delivers you to the shore, where you have a premier view of the sunrise and sunset, plenty of space to play games and sunbathe, and rolling waves to ride. Shells and sharks' teeth wash up with every low tide, and watercraft of all kinds is available for rental nearby. The Intracoastal Waterway is also just a few minutes away, with its many inlets and nature paths. There is always something new to explore here!<br/>The Ocean Village Club complex itself offers many activities. Enjoy our two new tennis courts, two swimming pools, shuffleboard courts, picnic tables and charcoal grills, and a Clubhouse with a fitness center, library, and guest computer! You can see one of the pools from our balcony at Q35. With its ocean view, it's a popular lounging and splashing spot.   Not the Best Unit We Ever Stayed In at Saint Augustine Beach

  I loved the property however not the unit we rented. For a property that sleeps 6 it had only five washcloths. and maybe 8 towels. The washer and dryer is so small you can only wash two beach towels at a time. And the door in front of the appliances would not shut. The kitchen faucet was a dribble. You couldn't even wash a glass without using the sprayer. The Hdtv might be Hdtv ready but in this day and time was a joke. I don't think I have ever seen a smaller flat screened tv and my grandchildren had never seen a "boxed" tv until they saw the tv that was in the master. The master mattress could use an upgrade. Also, i have never seen such an assortment of unmatched dishes. You can purchase a set of four at Big Lots for $20.00. The unit was clean but I think if we stay at this property again we will try another unit. No to Q35.

  Great property, not so good apartment

  The location of the property is good, close to restaurants and shopping. The grounds were well maintained, as was the pool. We stayed in appartment Q35 which needs upgrading(it was clean). The carpet is nasty from wear, the single beds need new matresses as well as two night stands instead of one big one that no one can reach the night light(which also is the only light in that room). Would not stay in the same unit again.
