Our stay was very pleasant. One thing that can be improved is the overly sensitive smoke alarm that went off every time the oven was turned on. The unit was clean, the location was fabulous, and we had a very relaxing vacation.

The unit was nice, but slightly dated and had a few minor repair issues: screen door, blinds not closing completly, downstairs bathroom flushed slowly. Decor was beachy and light. Games in upstairs closet were nice touch, we enjoyed Scattagories and Wheel

Property may be ocean view, but unfortunatley the trek back and forth is quite a haul. Property is in good condition but outdated. A lower rental price may have offset the disappointment. Slider doors were jammed which made it difficult to use the deck.

The location to the beach and amenities is great, but all the furniture is old and uncomfortable. Small one person kitchen, bedrooms on 2nd floor, nice balcony though.

This unit was very outdated with linens worn thin. Noisy plastic wrappers on twin beds. No spices at all for renters to use. Overwhelming odor of an airfreshener. Any sort of carpet or throw rug would add a warm touch. The balcony doors were rusty and difficult to slide open/shut

Sea Place is a wonderful place to stay. This particular unit was not the best we have stayed in there. Furniture was dated as well as appliances. No access to the pool without walking around the entire property.

I enjoyed my stay, but there was a few problems with the condo. The living room television outlet did not work. Out of three televisions, only one actually was near a plug in that was working. However, the unit was clean, and the location was great. I would stay here again.
