Come enjoy resort amenities right on one of Florida's best beaches!<br/>At Coquina 203B, you have your choice of spots for sunbathing, wave-watching, and al fresco dining. Will it be the patio on the first floor, just steps from the condo complex's oceanfront swimming pool? Or will it be the second-story balcony, with its sweeping vista of palm trees, pool, and crashing waves? Both offer the murmur of the surf and the fresh, briny zestiness of sea breezes. Pre...pare to fall in love with these views . . . you may even leave the drapes open in the bedroom one night in the hope that the brilliant colors of the sunrise over the Atlantic will awaken you in the morning!<br/>Even when it's time to go indoors, you don't have to sacrifice the view at Coquina 203B. It comes right along with you as you step through the sliding-glass doors into the airy, light living and dining area downstairs. In fact, the only thing better than the balmy sun outside may be the cool, refreshing air-conditioning within! <br/>In our living room there's plenty of room for the whole group to gather for a favorite movie or game on TV. The long couch is just the right size for napping, and it unfolds into a bed for 2 in case you have drop-in guests. (And once your friends see those Facebook pictures of your ocean view, you WILL have drop-ins!) Ultra-comfy easy chairs invite you to linger, enjoying the company of your favorite people in the world. Turn on the boombox and enjoy background music as you reminisce, plan your next St. Augustine adventure, or simply hang out together. These are the times you will remember most fondly!<br/>Just beyond the living area is our dining table. This works out well when part of your group wants to watch TV while others want to play Texas Hold'em or work a jigsaw puzzle. You CAN use the table for dining, of course, but most often you'll find yourself taking your meals out to one of the balconies and saving the table for the kids to color, the computer maven in the group to set up his laptop (you have free WiFi at Coquina 203B), or the gamers to conduct an hours-long Settlers of Catan marathon!<br/>You'll probably be dining out a good bit while in St. Augustine (don't miss Columbia restaurant, for instance!), but for those meals and snacks you want to have at home, you'll find our kitchen convenient and very well stocked. You need only groceries - we've filled the cabinets with cookware, dishes, glasses, and all those utensils you seem to need and can't find in most places you stay. It's no stretch to say that you could make Thanksgiving dinner in our kitchen! So stock up on food and drink with confidence that you'll find a colander, blender, toaster, coffeemaker, and all the other "necessaries" waiting for you here!<br/>The downstairs is open-plan, keeping the whole gang together while everyone is awake. But when it's time to sleep, everyone wants quiet and privacy, which is just what you'll find upstairs. Both bedrooms are ultra-restful and soothing, so you can count on getting a sound night's sleep every night of your vacation. (Isn't that the very best part of the trip, sometimes?!)<br/>The master bedroom has magnificent ocean views, a queen-sized bed, a desk, and a TV. You can access the balcony from here, and it's literally your private window on the world. Of course, we provide all the linens, as well as towels for the bathrooms. Pack light!<br/>The second bedroom is spacious enough for 2 double beds to fit nicely, as well as a dresser. This is great for a second couple traveling with you, a bunch of kids, or grandparents. And while the master bath has both a shower and tub option, the second bathroom has a walk-in shower, making it easily accessible.<br/>Come to Coquina 203B, where you can enjoy swimming pools, tennis, horsehoes, and more on the shores of lovely Crescent Beach.   Overall the stay was good. The amenity key had not been turned in on time so we did not get the key until the next morning. The refrigerator and pantry were dirty and the fan in the master bedroom did not work. We were further from the beach than we had expected, but the view was nice. The landscape was very beautiful and it was quiet compared to others we have stayed at. We would like to come back and get a closer condo to the beach if we knew things would be cleaner and it had better maintenance.

  We had a great stay at the Sea Place. Condo was clean, and we enjoyed our stay. Location is close to many things to take family to do on rainy days. I Would recommend to my family and friends. Where our condo was located you had to walk around the other condos to get access to the pool that is the only issue that i saw with the place and it was an issue that you could live with. Had a great week there.

  This is the 2nd year we have used Vacation Rental Pros. Will be back next year again. We stayed in a different location this year, so we have had two great stays both in St. Augustine. Easy access to the ocean as well as everything else needed during the week. Condo was clean with no issues. However, kitchen cabinets need new door hinges so they will stay closed. The staff at Vrp's are very helpful and make renting very easy. Thanks again and see you next year.

  We enjoyed our stay very much. Its beautifully located and I'd love to have it again. Only drawback for me was the steps. I have bad knees! I have some observations and suggestions. The doors to the patios need servicing. The handle on one was hanging loose when we arrived. It was repaired but the doors need attention. The shower has a dangerously slippery floor. perhaps a mat would help.Also,the bottom of the shower walls need caulking. You may have a leak. The oven and micro are on the same circuit and if you put both on together the breaker goes. It was dark when that happened to us and the flashlight had no batteries.Oops. These are not complaints, everything was I said - observations/suggestions. My only grouse is the lockbox. Its dificult to see and work the combination. But I cannot suggest a better alternative! Thank you and the owners for a most enjoyable stay. Hope 13239 will be vacant again next year.

  Our first condo had issues and Vrps management quickly found us this condo. It has a picturesque view from the living room and the master bedroom. The two balconies allow tanning in the morning. This was a fantastic two week vacation. The furniture was comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked for all your cooking needs. Many of the supplies seemed new. The linens were all available. I became very ill prior to our trip and needed a place to rest and recover. This was a perfect place. I would like to thank the owners aNd Vacation Rental Pros for such a great place to stay.

  Nice decor, if a little worn. Check out instructions said to run dishes and laundry at checkout, yet did not provide soap. Complex was very clean, quiet and family friendly. Beach is perfect. Wifi is spotty and often was not able to stay connected.

  This property is quiet, peaceful, and conducive to a restful vacation while offering a very limited drive to all of the attractions. We were so comfortable in the condo and truly enjoyed the pristine beach. My mother-n-law stayed at another unit on the same property and was so glad that I picked it out. We can't wait to come again!!!

  Loved the condo. Didn't care for the "spitting" "hissing" sprinkler systems that made a lot of noise when on. Didn't care for the guy doing construction / remodeling of a condo real close to us early in the morning - loud. But, other than that it was a great vacation.

  Overall we were extremely satisfied with the entire property. The condo was well equipped. The grounds and pool area were very well maintained. The proximity to all historic and tourist attractions and the beach was great! My only negative comment would be that perhaps two or three times a year the condo would benefit from a thorough scrub down. We would definitely recommend this property.

  Although the play was pleasant--I've been coming to Sea Place for over 20 years--the unit we stayed in was not up to par. The rugs were dirty and stained. The bathrooms were dingy. The blinds were broken. When I called the management company upon my arrival, they were pleasant, and sent someone to clean the carpets immediately, which interrupted my stay, as we had to leave the unit for the day while the carpets dried.

  We loved our condo at Sea Place! It was beautiful with a wonderful view. There were only a few things that could be fixed there. It would be nice to have easier access to the pool and ocean walk from this particular unit. Also, as I saw mentioned earlier, there was broken balcony furniture on the master bedroom balcony so we couldn't fully enjoy the best view on the balcony. We loved it though and would definately stay again!!

  Lights on tennis court were not working. It was too hot to play during the day. Very disappointing to our girls since that was one of our reasons for choosing this location. We only had one pass from pool to beach. Hard to navigate since we have two daughters that like to go back and forth and we can't be left without access. Carpet was in pretty bad shape...pretty normal for carpet though.

  We enjoyed our vacation. The location and view were wonderful. It was easy access to everything. The weather was great. The time of year we chose was perfect. We are already considering coming back next year and are planning to talk with our friends to see if they would like to come. The only negative we had was that upon arrival many of the dishes were unwashed and some of the serving utensils were rusted and outdated. Also, It is Beech Grove, in.
