My first impression was a little disappointing in that the building was in some kind of repair mode and a little run down looking. The unit itself is a typical rental. Had to call because hallway/kitchen electrical breaker was out and could not find electrical box. Management was on it right away. Housekeeping could have been better. Plenty of towels/linens. The views and convenience to the beach were awesome. Very roomy for two families. Oldest granddaughter did not want to leave.

The dryer and TV in guest room were not working, but these were minor problems that did not take away from our vacation. We had a great time and would like come back. The view was awesome. There were plenty of appliances, utensils, sheets, etc. Great condo.

The whole vacation was a pleasant experience from check in to check out. Our property was spacious and had a wonderful view from the large balcony of the ocean and sand dunes with wildlife. Loved the thoughtfulness of having the luggage carriers and grocery carts to take things to and from the unit, very helpful when taking groceries in from the car. Overall, we had a great time!

Couple of minors items that could be improved upon - we went to pick up the keys on our way in to the beach, then was headed to the store and run errands while waiting for our 3pm check in. No keys in the box and was told could not get them before at least 2pm. When we did go back to get them only one parking pass and the dates where wrong. So three trips to get keys and parking passes. This info needs to be in the checkin documentation. Also the light switch in the bathroom does not work properly and the neither does the iron above the washer and dryer. Minor things to fix We did like the location and the beach is beautiful.

I have visited St. Augustine many times in my life and this visit was probably the best rental experience I have had. The condo is about 15-20 min. drive from the historic district and right on the beach. The rooms are spacious and inviting and the furniture is extremely comfortable. The view from the patio is beautiful with the beach and ocean in sight. There is a private beach entrance and the complex itself is quiet and kept up very well. I would definitely rent at this condo again.

The location was great! Beautiful views and easy beach access. Our 3 kids loved it and have asked to go back again. Only problem was the guest bath shower head was broken so everyone had to take showers in the master bath. No big deal though.

Had a wonderful time. The condo was great and the location is excellent! Plenty of room for the six adults that shared the condo the week we were there. The enclosed balcony was great when storms or wildfire smoke blew through the area. Overall a wonderful place to stay!

So enjoyed the property. Only downfall was the lack of circulating air in the smallest bedroom. Appreciated being able to open so many doors in several rooms to hear the ocean lapping up the shore. We'll be back.

This unit was wonderful. The view from the Living area was wonderful. The Master BR could have been better if the sliding windows weren't permanently dirtied or the screen sliders worked correctly. All in all though the location was wonderful and the beach was thoroughly enjoyable.

It was absolutely perfect! The condo was spacious and clean with a fabulous view of the ocean. We visited downtown St. Augustine several times during our stay, it was especially beautiful at night all lit up with Christmas lights. We will definitely go back. Thank you for a great vacation.

One of the nicest Condos we have stayed in. The view was simply awsome to say the least. A ocean view form 3 room is unusual. The second master evan had a window on the water. Everything we needed was there. We even found the circuit breaker under the picture when the lights went out. Great pool. Only needed a hot tub. Thanks

I was very pleased with the vacation. You have a wonderful product. I would suggest however you offer rental chairs on the beach. You also need to invest in at leaset two quality gas grills that renters can use. I buy and prepare quality food and not having a good gas grill was dissapointing.

Regarding property manager; we were not in contact with anybody of the staff. We did not find this necessary as our stay only lasted 5 days. We found the keys according to instructions and there was no need for any help. We are very satisfied with our stay in the St.Augustine Beach anastasia 310. We loved the beach, we loved the view from our condo and our vacation was perfect. Unfortunately, our stay only lasted 5 days. That was much too short. The condo was very well equipped and we had all that we needed. If we ever come back to the United States and Florida we will definitely contact you again. We have already recommended your condo to other people. Finally, we hope that we left the condo to your satisfaction.

the view from this condo was perfect falling asleep to the sounds of the surf. Beach is beautiful great for walking, the animal life is interesting turtles,dolphins,pelicans and a hawk.Our friends were very impressed with everything also.

The only thing not to par was that I have no more time to stay...a well kept property, Cassandra was very helpful and professional, all details taken in and making the perfect spot for relaxing and enjoying the view. I will be looking no long the place is available. Kudos to every one in Vacation Rental Pros. Excellent value for the price!!!
