The best part about our condo is its location. The Summerhouse complex is large, yet the individual condos have plenty of privacy and quiet. We spent the month of February 2013 in Linda's unit and were delighted by every aspect of the condo and its location. Everything about the interior of the place feels new and fresh, with very nice furniture throughout and an incredibly comfortable king size bed. Even the bathrooms are new. Linda was a phone call away if there was a problem, which there wasn't, and she kindly left a binder with all sorts of great information about restaurants, places to visit, etc. Her restaurant recommendations were invaluable and helped make the holiday even better. The grounds of Summerhouse are beautifully maintained with very nice neighbours. The beach is only a few feet away and goes on forever, making it perfect for daily strolls or just sitting out in the sunshine. The condo is right next to a conservation area and across the road from historic Fort Matanzas and it's park. And then there is St. Augustine itself, only a twenty minute drive north, with its history, culture, markets, and galleries. Not to mention shopping. All in all, this was a wonderful place to get away to and we will definitely return.

Our family had such a wonderful time on our recent vacation in St. Augustine! The condo at the Summerhouse (439) was perfect! Great location. Close enough to everything and yet far enough to feel relaxed around the clock. Thank you to Linda for making our stay so comfortable. We will definitely be back!

Close to all the attractions of St. Augustine to the north, yet overlooking dunes and state park to the south, this Summerhouse condo was ideally located. The condo itself was spacious and well-appointed, and it was just a short walk to the excellent swimming pool and the incredible beach. The Fort Matanzas park is just across the street, as is another park with wonderful view of the marsh and a nice nature walk. We stayed for the whole month and were sad to leave. I especially loved swimming in the ocean, as the water temperature here in January was as warm (or warmer) than I am used to in NH or me even in mid-summer.

My husband and I stayed in the condo in late august and were thrilled with the property and it's location. Linda and her husband were very kind and helpful and gave us some great information on the local area.It was a beautiful, bright, airy condo with everything to meet our needs. Access to the beach was by private walk way and we enjoyed a morning beach stroll along golden sands.We also swam most evenings in one of the many pools in the complex. An added plus to this condo were the tennis courts and because there are so many we had no diffuculty having as many games as we pleased. Really hope to return!!

offered to us. The condo is equipped very attractive and
lovely. You need only few steps to the wunderful beach and the breathtaking sea. We felled in love with the condo, the beach, the sea and with St. Augustine.

We loved our stay at Summerhouse 439. We go to the beach every summer and decided to try a new place, we were not disappointed. Condo sleeps six with pull out couch and has a nice view of the pool and ocean. There is everything you need for a great stay. Highly recomended. Beach was beatiful and there were even lifeguards on duty (surprising). Arriving and leaving condo was a breeze as the owner gave us the combination to the lock box which we easily used. No check in or check out.

We have stayed quite a few times now in this particular unit and it has been fabulous everytime. The view is excellent to the pool and the beach. This particular unit is in a very safe and secure neighborhood for children and well as adults. Has a great broadwalk that leads directly down to the beach. Has everything that you possibly need to use inside this unit--you kinda feel like you are at your own home instead of someone elses. It is well stocked with appliances and needs for everyone. Has great entertainment on the inside with the ipod docking station, games for the kids, great cable/dvd player/big screen television and much more...It is located right off the main highway but, no to far from shopping malls, grocery stores, etc...The office personnel has always been very pleasant to deal with in any situation rather it be emergency or not. It is always very children orientated and that is a very comfortable feeling that I really like the most. Oh and don't forget about the internet access that this unit has for it's renters to enjoy while on vacation, whether it be for pleasure or school, or business...Will do our very best to continue to stay in this unit for many years to come...Have enjoyed our stay...Tina

The condo is very clean and spacious. It is decorated with
designs to encourage summer fun and relaxation.I have rented from other properties and they do not even compare to this condo and it's surrondings. I can't imagine going anywhere else! -

Thank-you so much for renting #439 to us. The condo was everything and more than I had expected. All the extra's you provided(kitchen utensils, generous linens,beach chairs so many to mention them all ) was very much appreciated. The location was one of my favorites, the beach was beautiful and private and the condo just radiated joy and a cheerful atmosphere with it's decor. I recommend your condo to anyone who is looking for everything in a vacation. So many memories made. I just can't say enough good things about it except it was awesome!!! I have stayed at this seaside gem a number of times, each to mine and my family's delight. I find the Summerhouse condo community to be very clean and quiet with plenty of parking and lots of lush green grass. The actual unit itself is always immaculate with every possible ammenity; plenty of kitchen appliances & tools, towels, sheets & even some beach toys/pails. The decor is fresh & colorful, yet soothing. When we are indoors, the large, flat-screen TV is wonderful. The Knight family has made sure their condo welcomes you as a cozy condo by the sea.

As residents of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, my wife and I have grown quite accustomed to being landlocked, with no access to the sea. So you can imagine what a pleasure it was for us to finally get away, fly down to Florida, stay in a very wonderful townhouse condo, and smell the sweet breeze of the ocean. My wife and I were expecting a great time in Florida because we had been to beaches in Florida in the past. We had never, however, been to Crescent Beach. It is the most beautiful, wide, sandy beach that we had ever seen, and this condo was so very nice and well appointed. We will definitely try to return as soon as we can. Thank you, Knight family! It was a wonderful stay!

The condo is always spotless when we arrive and every year when we open the door we say we're "home" again. We start every day with a 3 mi. walk on the beach and then I follow up with a swim in the ocean and then the pool. After two weeks I feel like a new man. The views of the pool and the ocean from the deck are exactly as the picture shows. The people at the pool are very friendly and the heated water allows you to stay in the water as long as you want.

We booked this for a mother's day weekend getaway and it was the best! Linda the owner was super nice and called to make sure we were settled in. I like that it was quiet! My daughters play travel softball so we very rarely get a weekend to relax and that is exactly what we were able to do. The condo was clean and comfy ! The master bedroom bed was so comfortable that we are buying the same exact mattress that was on that bed. The girls had their own bedroom with TV. The balcony overlooks the pool and this condo is right on the beach, We will be certain to book this again and again !!! Don't hesitate to book this condo...great price and location!!!

We had the good fortune of staying at Summerhouse in april 2011. The place has wonderful features: bright, spacious rooms that were not overly decorated or cramped (which was a godsend with having my 2 yr old in tow!); open living room/dining room; well-equipped kitchen; nice-sized bedrooms that were both upstairs and far enough away from the living room; and a spacious, lovely patio with a stunning view of both the pool and the atlantic ocean.
The condo has easy access to both its pool and beach- which were wonderful full-day activities to perfectly tire out two energetic children!
Overall, this condo was perfect for my family of four; it was very clean, well-cared for and maintained, had all the comforts of home with the noteworthy bonus of being steps away from a beautiful pool and beach. We would be happy and lucky to stay here again. -

We stayed at Summerhouse #439 the week after Easter. We didn't know what to expect but were so pleasantly surprised! This condo is beautiful, exceptionally clean and really felt like home. I think this is one of the only units in the entire complex that you can see the ocean from every room in the house. If you have kids its even more perfect as this unit is close to the playground and the part of the beach that cars can't drive on so you have no traffic worries for the little ones. The owner was as nice and gracious as could be. This is the one time when it seems to good to be true and actually is. Thanks Linda for having such a unique place. We will definitely book again next year.
