But the best part about our condo is its location. The Summerhouse complex is large, yet the individual condos have plenty of privacy and quiet. Linda was very helpful and informative and friendly to deal with.
The condo was spotless and had all you need for a great stay.There were ocean and pool views from the balcony and master bedroom. The complex is near the matanzas inlet and the beach access is easy .My wife loved the sound of the waves and ocean air . We would certainly stay there again. Many thanks Linda -

The condo was furnished beautifully and was stocked with everything we could need. We had a view of the ocean from our balcony and of the pool, which was heated. We had a great week, and found many good restaurants in the area, our favorite being the Redfrog and McToad's which is very close to the condo. Summerhouse was a great complex and the people that work there very friendly and helpful.

This condo is as wonderful as promised. It is well appointed and completely furnished with everything you might need. We felt at home as soon as we walked in the door. It has a wonderful view of the ocean and the pool from the balcony. It is convenient to shopping and many local restaurants. We would definately stay there again.

We stayed for one month (January) and it was just great! The Condo was very cozy and nicely furnished. It was very clean and had everything that's needed. A really well equipped kitchen, three large TVs and the best: Oceanview. The owners are really nice, contact was very friendly and supportive. (They even bought a crib for our toddler to sleep in just before we arrived).
We had a great time and a relaxed stay. We enjoyed being only steps from the most beautiful beach and took long walks every morning! The heated pool was pleasant for a swim. The location is great, it is very peaceful and quiet, lots of birds and nature. Nearby St. Augustine makes a nice daytrip and has lots of attractions and restaurants. In Summer it sure is nice to swim in the ocean, but in January water was too cold (for us). We can definitely recommend this place! -

We really enjoyed out stay at this condo, Linda the owner was wonderful she was very concerned that everything was "right". The process renting this condo, couldn't have been easier! The place is nicely updated and very well stocked. The beds we actually comfortable. We would definitely recommend this condo to friends family! Enjoy!

Summerhouse had everything we needed and was in the perfect location for a beach vacation. The 100-yard walk to the beach, plus a pool, was great for the kids. The condo was beautifully remodelled, clean, ocean views, with lots of extras, and the entire complex was clean and well-maintained. It even had tennis and racquetball courts! The location, a few miles south of St. Augustine, was just far enough away to be on the quiet side but not too far to drive in every day to see the sights. We would definitely return.

In spite of Tropical Storm Debby, we had a wonderful & relaxing week here. From the first email, Linda was helpful & friendly. She quickly sent all the information needed for our stay which answered all our questions. The unit is nicely decorated and comfortable, with everything we needed. One word of caution-do not turn on the tv while in bed in the master bedroom-you may not leave it. It is the most comfortable bed I've ever stayed in away from home! We enjoyed the balcony over looking the pool while chatting, reading, or just relaxing. The condo has a touch pad entry which was wonderful-no need to keep up with a key while away from the room. The beach is a two minute walk away. It was not crowded, yet I always felt safe whether out for an early morning walk looking for shells (numerous!), or a sunset stroll. St. Augustine is a 20 minute drive away with unique shopping and restaurants, but plenty of "chain" restaurants in between. We'll definitely return!

This place was really nice. I've stayed at a lot of condos in this area and this one is by far the best. The place was very clean. It doesn't have cheapie rental type furniture like all of the rest. The beds are very nice and comfortable. The three 40+ inch tv's have plenty of channels to choose from. The dishes and silverware are nice( again not cheapie rental stuff). From this condo you overlook the pool and the ocean. We saw dolphin swimming in the waves from our balcony. The beach is really nice. We never had any problem with overcrowded beaches. You have a grocery store a short 10 minute drive away. Lots of varieties of restaurants all relatively close. The owner responds very quickly to emails or phone calls. All around a +++. Can't wait to come again.

I have traveled and stayed in many places on the beach. Summerhouse 149 has it's
own uniqueness that compares to none. Watching the sunrise from the bedroom
window and hearing the music of the waves as I awake is indescribable. It was so
peaceful to walk out on the beautiful deck and enjoy my morning cup of coffee
observing the seagulls gathering their breakfast at low tide. A few steps down from
the deck and the sand is beneath my feet. The morning walk searching for shells
begins. My son just loved to chase the waves and the seagulls. It is a lovely place.
You feel as though you have your very own beach to run and play on. My son had
so much fun playing and enjoying the beach. We didn't need to go anywhere but
the grocery store. Everything you need is at Summerhouse 149. If you're a beach
person such as myself, love privacy and like feeling as though you are at home
away from home, I highly recommend this condo. My family and I are sure to return -

Just stayed last week at this condo with my family. The tropical storm kept us from enjoying the sun as much as we had planned but my favorite place in the condo was in the king bed in the master suite. Enjoyed the view of the ocean from the window as we waited for storms to pass. Both bedrooms were very comfortable. Loved the walk in shower in the master room and the washer/dryer combo was very convenient. Had the beach almost to ourselves. Loved it.

colors, the furniture and the balcony views were absolutely inviting. The girls loved their private

What are the chances of finding a condo to rent for the exact time we needed it, near the Marineland we wanted to visit, at a better price than any hotels advertising online? That's what happened with us. We liked the look of the pictures, but the actual accommodations were much more we could have wished for! This condo is great. It's spacious, spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated in a tropical motif
The owner could not have been more helpful.We were steps from the beach and pool. It was such a pleasure staying in a place where the owners cared not only about the condition of their condo but also the quality of our vacation
The weather cooperated nicely and there was fun to be found without having to drive far at all. The sunrise over the atlantic was gorgeous and the heated pool was so nice.
The condo is located within about a 5 minute drive from grocery stores and about 10-15 minutes from Old St. Augustine. We enjoyed seeing the sights of the city and ate in town several times. Not to be missed are the alligator Farm (my kids' favorite), the Castillo de San Marcos, and the Pirate Museum. Also, treat yourself to a gourmet popsicle at the Hyppo in town. We went twice and sampled 10 different flavors! Pizza at Pizzalley's Chianti Room was the best!
St. Augustine was a wonderful vacation spot, and this condo made it easy for us to relax and reconnect as a family! Looking forward to our next trip here! We will come again!
