The large 2-story unit features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the top floor, plenty of room for 4 people. Downstairs you will find an elegant living area that has been beautifully furnished, complete with entertainment center and Wifi. Large panoramic windows and a balcony provide an amazing view over the ocean! The kitchen features all new appliances and granite counter tops. As is standard in Florida's climate, the condo has air-conditioning on both floors. This is an end unit to allow for extra privacy.

We are within easy walking distance to a host of restaurants, shops and family entertainment centers with mini golf, playgrounds, etc. Directly next to us is the popular St. John's Fishing Pier and Park, which offers frequent concerts and other events including the Farmers Market every Wednesday. Take home some fresh locally grown produce, baked goods and many other wonderful treats.
