Ocean Beautifully updated 2 bedroom 2 bath direct oceanfront townhouse has a second floor entry with king bed in master and twins in second bedroom and baths upstairs, and kitchen, livingroom and half bath on entry floor. Beautiful granite countertops in kitchen and updated furniture throughout. Sleeper sofa in living room to allow 6 guests in this unit.

Just a few steps from your condo, you will find private access and miles of pristine family friendly beaches. Enjoy the sounds and panoramic views of the sea at this beautiful beachfront retreat. We are within easy walking distance to a host of restaurants, shops and family entertainment centers with mini golf, playgrounds, etc. Directly next to us is the popular St. John's Fishing Pier and Park, which offers frequent concerts and other events including the Farmers Market every Wednesday. Take home some fresh locally grown produce, baked goods and many other wonderful treats.

Cancellations: A reservation may be cancelled by a guest with notice of more than 25 days prior to scheduled arrival. A $200 cancellation fee will be incurred without proper notice.

Laura and Steve are excellent host and hopefully they will still be there in 2013. It is a home away from home. Of course if you don't enjoy the sea the sand and the nice weather, you should not go there. What we like best is probably more security on the premises which was next to non-existant before. The pool security needs to be improved in order to keep the passer-by from jumping in. A showerhead chande would be appreciated.
