Beautifully decorated first floor flat with pool view and easy access to the pool, grounds and ocean. Tile floors in living, kitchen and baths. Cherry furniture in living, dining room and master bedroom. Queen and twin beds in the unit allows for 4 guests.

We are within easy walking distance to a host of restaurants, shops and family entertainment centers with mini golf, playgrounds, etc. Directly next to us is the popular St. John's Fishing Pier and Park, which offers frequent concerts and other events including the Farmers Market every Wednesday. Take home some fresh locally grown produce, baked goods and many other wonderful treats.

Cancellations: A reservation may be cancelled by a guest with notice of more than 25 days prior to scheduled arrival. A $200 cancellation fee will be incurred without proper notice.

Pier Point South is a nice quiet community, with both vacationers and permanent residents. The location cannot be beat! The swimming pool is awesome and kept clean. The units (I have stayed in 4 different units) are older but sufficient. They are not cleaned very well. I usually have to clean the entire place before I let my children touch anything. I really think the cleaning staff should be checked on. However i continue to go back because of the value and location.
