Description from the owner
Northern exposure townhouse with a great view of the ocean and the pool. Entry is on second level, with kitchen, living room and half bath on that level, and two bedrooms on the top level which are composed of a queen bed and 2 twins. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room allowing for a maximum of 6 people.

Just a few steps from your condo, you will find private access and miles of pristine family friendly beaches. Enjoy the sounds and panoramic views of the sea at this beautiful beachfront retreat. We are within easy walking distance to a host of restaurants, shops and family entertainment centers with mini golf, playgrounds, etc. Directly next to us is the popular St. John's Fishing Pier and Park, which offers frequent concerts and other events including the Farmers Market every Wednesday. Take home some fresh locally grown produce, baked goods and many other wonderful treats.
