The location is great. The beach is marvelous. This Condo needs new furniture and equipment. We love the place, not the Condo.

Island House is an older style complex but very nice, F229 is a dated unit both in appliances and furniture and the view is more gardenview than oceanview (if you lean to the side of the balcony you can see the beach). But overall, the complex was very nice as well as the manager and helpful.

Family enjoyed our vacation very much. We will be back next year again. Management quickly addressed the ice box issue. We had a blast and will recommend to our friends.

Good beach location. good amenities. Staff of Vacation rental property was very helpful and knowledgable. Appreciated all the information about the area that was provided prior to our stay. The apt is very dated, but clean
