We stayed with our family over the Easter period 2013. We arrived at the house with some trepidation, wondering what to expect! The house is so much nicer than the photographs suggest from the website. The house is beautifully clean. All the linens, towels are of very good quality and in abundance, which makes for a "home from home" experience. The sitting room is well furnished and again of good quality. Good wireless connection enabled us to research what we wanted to do in the area, although there is plenty of information in the house.
We enjoyed visiting the beaches north of St augustine, which are really unspoilt and with very few people. The children delighted in the Castle in the town.
It is a lovely place to visit with a good variety of things to interest most people.

Our stay was amazing!!! The house is beautiful, clean, cozy and very comfortable. The house has everything you need if you wanted to stay in. Plus it's close to everything and easy to get around. The neighborhood is very nice, safe for walks and safe for dogs. We had a wonderful experience from the moment we opened the door until checkout time.
The owners are great and easy to get in touch with, excellent service! Excellent home!
Would definitely refer family and friends - Until next time!!! -

My title says it all. We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures. It is located in a safe, very quiet neighborhood literally within a quick 10 minute drive to the hisoric distric. We will gladly stay here again on our next visit.

We had a great Florida vacation in this comfortable, cozy, and very clean home. It was ideally located for our needs: close to the beach, historic district and shopping outlets. We appreciated the timely and informative communications with the owners. We liked the fact that we could bring our dog and have a safe neighborhood for him to walk in.

Beautiful, clean home with everything you need. Very nice big screen TV and DVD player, although we were so busy, we didn't get to watch it very much. Short trip to downtown St. Augustine which is totally awesome with the Christmas lights. We went there once at night and once during the day. The neighborhood is well kept and very attractive. A golfer's paradise. My grandson has played that course many times and loves it. Loved the patio and the woods behind the house. We would stay there again if the opportunity presents itself.
We highly recommend this property. -

This was such a great place to stay. Very clean, Comfortable, cozy (I kinda wish it was my house, i loved the couch :D ) and so close to everything! The outlet malls and downtown were right around the corner. I will be staying again for sure.

I stayed in this lovely rental home for a week in July. I was visiting from out of state and wanted a place big enough for my family to have room to breathe, this place was perfect!
Before I get into all the lovely details of the home, I must brag about how great the owners were during the booking process. All my e-mails were replied to within the same day, every question I asked was answered fully, the price was clearly outlined and I knew exactly what I was expected to pay--no surprise fees or anything of that nature. Also, the management team was very helpful too! Our second day in the home, we had a question about how to properly use the washing machine and called the management team; they were very friendly, answered all our questions and offered their help with any issue!
About the home, it is very spacious, clean, and in a great location. It's only 15 mins from historic downtown or the beaches and not very far from the outlets either! There is a manual with rules about the home and guides to the nearby attractions which was very thoughtful and gave us ideas on places to eat and visit while there. Also, every utensil you could need to prepare meals is found in the kitchen which was really nice since my family likes to cook.
I almost forgot! The owners went above and beyond to make sure I received some articles of clothing I was unaware my sister left behind. They emailed me about the clothing and then used some of my security deposit to quickly mail them out to her address. I thought this was a really nice gesture. -

The house was perfect for our family, grandparents to grandchildren! The back porch was a wonderful place for our morning coffee. This was the first trip to St. Augustine for my parents and the location of house was perfect. We were able to see and do everything and more that we had planned!

My husband, our beagle, and I spent February and March 2011 in Saint augustine at Juli and Si's house.
It was very easy to communicate with Juli and Si. They gave us great information before we arrived and had a wonderful, informative book about the area and favorite restaurants waiting for us in the house.
The house is located in a lovely golf course community, great for walking the dog, very convenient to I-95. The house has everything to feel right at home--comfortable furnishings, fully stocked kitchen, and nice TV with cable and internet. Everything in the house worked well; we had no problems. We especially enjoyed having the enclosed back yard with deck for evening cocktails.
Saint augustine is beautiful, with lots of history and lots of great shopping and restaurants. We are golfers and found several reasonable golf courses within a half hour's drive. Of course the World Golf Hall of Fame is also close by.
We strongly recommend this rental house. -

My husband, two children and I along with my older sister and her spouse rented this lovely home in May 2009. We immediately felt "at home" upon arrival. The house was clean, inviting, all the amenities we needed were at our fingertips. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and really liked how the owners are "environmentally-minded" with recycling as a focus. The only downside to our stay was that it rained practically every day. Of course, with having a lovely home to stay in, we still were able to entertain the kids with games, movies and fun. The owners, in my opinion, had thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. We would definitely love to return for another stay and hopefully the sun will shine! :)

This is a wonderful house. We have stayed here twice. Simon and his wife have provided everything--cable TV, movies, toys, beach chairs, kayak, outdoor grill, dishes and pots & pans. The house is decorated beautifully and is located in a quiet golfing community. It is located minutes from Villa Beach and downtown St. Augustine with its shops, carriage rides, boat rides, and Spanish fort. It is also conveniently located near Cape Canaveral, Sea World, and Disney World. You can't go wrong with this home.

This is a lovely home. Has everything you need to relax, enjoy and to feel at home while being away from home.
Close enough to enjoy St augustine´s Historical District and far enough to have some peace and quit at nite.
Shopping Outlets are also very close for those who like me and my teenagers , like to shop.
Highly recommed you stay at this beautiful home. It is a pleasure to deal with the owners. Just loved it! -

We truly enjoyed this home. We have stayed in various homes throughout Florida, Georgia and the Carolinas and this is by far the best kept house. Not only is the house kept very clean, it is well stocked and in an excellent neighborhood. This home is located outside of the busy St. Augustine tourist area, but close enough to reach most, if not all attractions within ten to fifteen minutes. The firepit is an added extra to enjoy some relaxing time on the back porch. We enjoyed our dinners in the home as the dining room, kitchen and living room are a great open, connected space that lets you feel at home and comfortable.

We took some friends to visit the St augustine area & stayed in Si & Juli's wonderful house that gave us all the comforts of being in our own home. The house is ideally situated for driving into the main area of St augustine to visit all the sights, the shops & the beaches, but is the perfect place to come back to & relax in the evening. The house is fully equipped so you don't need to bring anything with you just turn up & enjoy.

My wife and I and our dog spent the month of February and enjoyed our stay very much. We visited the beach several times and played bridge at the local club which is situated not far away. We are in our 70s and found the house to be very comfortable. Lots of shopping and restaurants within a reasonable distance. The neighbours were very friendly.

We had a lovely time in this large home with multiple bedrooms for our family. The owners were very accomodating, and the kitchen came equipped with some basics that kept us from having to buy everything. There were dvds and games, even a kayak available for the guests. The neighborhood was quiet, and well situated. Would gladly stay here again.

We loved this Home! Wished we could have brought it back to TN with us! Everything was clean and well kept. This home is also very family and child friendly. Convenient to all of the sights and attractions, minutes away from the beach, and after a long day of running it was nice to come back to the quiet patio for a glass of wine. This rental has everything you need. Does not feel like a rental at all. House and furnishings are in great shape. Nice quiet location close to everything St. Augustine has to offer. Simon and Juli are a pleasure to deal with and are more than willing to help in any way they can. I would recommend this house to anyone traveling to the area.

We took our new college graduate (daughter) for a summer getaway. The house was very spacious for the three of us! We had everything we needed and more. We spent the day touring St augustine and shopping. At the Fort, we watched the cannons being set off. The neighborhood was pleasant. We found lovely sidewalks where we walked down by the golfcourse. Si and Juli were very easy to work with. We did not have time to take advantage of the kyaks, but we thought it was really nice they offered that.

The place is immaculate, cozy, and so inviting. Everything that you could possibly need is right there-except for a pool but the beach is very close. If and when we need to come to St. Augustine we would always consider this home-these people were most generous with everything!!!

My wife and I stayed here for our 25th wedding anniversary. It was by far one of the best vacation rental properties we have stayed in.
The property is in a quiet residential area, and very close to everything: historic St. Augustine, Beaches, and shopping. The location is perfect.
It's been a while as a write this review, but I still remember that the house was clean, well-furnished, and with expected amenities like cable, internet, and phone. It instantly felt like a home away from home. Check in and check out was convenient.
I hope that this is still a pet-friendly property--one of the reasons we chose it for our stay.
If we come back to beautiful St. Augustine, this will be our first call.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was very spacious and family-friendly, and just as described in the listing. Simon and Juli were very prompt with any question I emailed both before and during our stay. Everything was clean and orderly. We were thrilled to be able to use the beach chairs, kayak, and pack 'n' play crib. Oh, and we loved using the firepit to roast marshmallows for s'mores! The only slight disadvantages to the house was that the guest bed "pops" with tossing and turning, so lighter sleepers may have a small problem with that; also, the deck seems a little "unsure" in some spots, but neither of those drawbacks should discourage anyone from visiting. It is near perfect in every other area. I could just go on and on about how pleased we were with this rental and with communications with Juli and Simon. The location is perfect--I believe better than a waterfront location, because everything is within a very short drive (only about 5-7 min. from Ripley's, about 10 to the fort and square). Vilano beach was our favorite of the beaches as it was less crowded and very nearby (about 10 min.). We enjoyed adventure Landing, which has daily specials on go-carts, mini-golf and arcade games. They also have coupons online. There is also a Cupcake Store, Luli's, which has wonderful cupcakes! We tried Harry's Seafood near the fort and love it, too!

My husband and I stayed with our two small dogs. We had plenty of room! There would be plenty of space for a larger family or two couples (maybe even more). The kitchen was stocked well with dishes and had all the needed modern appliances. There was a nice dining area and a large living area. The fenced in back yard was just enough for our dachshunds. It was more like we were at our vacation home, not someone else's--you will feel very comfortable here. They even have beach chairs and other goodies in the garage to enhance your beach trip! We highly recommend this property.

My husband and I decided to take a last minute trip to St. Augustine and we came across this property online. I am so glad that we found it. This would be our only choice for lodging for all future vacations. When we arrived at the property we more than pleased. We felt right at home! The home is furnished with current decor. The house is very clean and in the perfect location. It was in close range to all of the outlets as well as downtown St augustine and surrounding beaches. Cant wait to visit again!
