High ceilings, lit with cheerful down-lighters, make a classic, inviting space. A TV is a trusted last resort, but we think you'll prefer your backyard beach and morning sunrises more. Sliding doors lead from the living areas, totaling an entire wall of oceanfront views.   Property is much improved since its been painted and well cleaned. Parking at this property is a challenge neighboring tenants seem to invite others who park in a way that block the garage to this unit. It's frustrating to not be able to leave when your vehicle is blocked.

  First 4 days were a nightmare. The family next door had many local visitors, often into the wee hours of the morning. They were constantly loud (music and yelling at each other), drunk, and obnoxious. We even watched one of their visitors drive over the block wall in front of the building...obviously drunk. Walls have no sound blocks so we had to listen to the loud moaning (clearly the rednecks were having some sex after their guest left). We we about to leave for another location when we discovered they were leaving. I would never use this property again or any property that was multiple units.

  We've stayed in St augustine before, along Crescent Beach. This time, decided to try Villano Beach area. Extremely pleased with that decision. It's so much closer to downtown St augustine, and the area is just generally better kept. This particular unit is in pretty good condition (some water damage on the ceiling, and other various things you would expect from a house on the sea), and we thought it was a wonderful setup.

  The beach was totally worth it! The house was very cute but we had to remind ourselves that it looked like the pictures when it was new. Although there were plenty of towels and forks, knives and spoons it lacked most of everything else especially pans

  Loved the beach. Only problem we had was master bedroom toilet leaked upon arrival but we fixed. Kitchen worked out great. Unit really needs to be updated but for a rental it works. We plan on returning to the area next year and will probably look for a larger unit for more guests.

  The beach was great. The fact that this was a pet friendly property really fit our needs. The only negative comment we have centers on the quality of furnishings. The furniture and kitchen cookware needs up-dating badly. Taking care of this detail will make this unit extremely attractive to future vacationers.
