Description from the owner
This cute little house was completely renovated in 2011. It's 400 steps to the beach and has a 2000 square foot private fenced in patio with beautiful furniture that seats 12, a Weber grill and outdoor and indoor Bose speakers! There is a flat screen TV in each room, a pullout couch in the living room, plus a trundle bed in a converted 3rd bedroom. A queen sized bed in the master and two twins in the second bedroom. A private fenced in yard allows you total privacy in the hot/cold outdoor shower, a favorite feature! Look at the pictures and see the pride in ownership and enjoy this home as much as we do!
