Simple, comfortable and extremely welcoming, this one bedroomed annexe sleeps two people and makes a great base for touring the area around St Austell, which is 5 miles away. This annexe is attached to the owners’ home, and has one double bedroom which enjoys distant views of Bodmin Moor – a wonderful reminder every morning that you are in lovely Cornwall. All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. The "Min. Per Night" prices quoted are based on the weekly rental price, they are not applicable for short breaks. See our short break policy or ask for further details.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Thje annexe had everything you would need for your stay, Comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, roomy shower and very warm on a wet evening.
It was situated in a very quiet village, but close to the coast and Lest gardens of Heligan and the Eden Project.
Key was easily accesable in key safe. The only thing was the rubbish bin was full outside and no clean bags to put in the bin in the kitchen.
But would recommend to anyone. -

nice little cottage very well equipped,even got a welcome pack of tea sugar etc incase you forgot something,washing machine tablets and washing up liquid were also included. only small critticism, property is dog friendly and could do with a gate so dog can be let out safely

Although the cottage is more like an add on to a bungalow and from the outside doesn't look too promising, it was very comfortable with every thing you could want, especially in the kitchen. The parking bay is a bit of a challenge as it is fairly steep. It is a very quiet village and very peaceful with good walks and footpaths all around. But you are no distance from many sights. Staustell is close, the Eden project even closer. The village of Bugle has a good pub, Co Op shop and a great Chinese take away for when you don't want to cook.
The Kings arms at Luxulyan does a very nice vegetarian menu and is highly recommended as a nice place to have a pint and a chat. All in all a lovely place to get away from it all and chill out.
