Pretty Self Contained Studio Accommodation attached to lovely old Cornish Granite Cottage, completely separate from the cottage in private garden with parking. Situated in quiet Cul de sac only 5 minute walk to the town centre. Close to The Eden Project, Heligan Gardens, beaches and many other attractions. Nearby bus routes and mainline train station. Very comfortable Double Bedroom Studio with private bathroom en-suite. Kitchen fully equipped, tea and coffee provided. WiFi Internet connection. TV + DVD. We had a lovely stay, very quite and peaceful. The studio provides everything you need and the shops/restaurants are only a short walk away. Various attractions all within each reach. We would love to use again when we need a few days get away from the kids, work etc; Thank you to Haidee for her friendly comms and information.

The equivalent of an en suite hotel bedroom, but with the addition of a fridge, oven and microwave and a sink. Suited us two perfectly as a base for touring round Cornwall.

Haidee the owner was away when we stayed but that did not matter everything that we needed was already in the studio and Haidee had emailed us with all the useful information in advance.The studio was tastefully decorated well equippted and spotlessly clean,the bed was very comfortable to.The local co-op pub and takeaway was less than 2 minutes walk away however because of the no through traffic we did not hear any noise at all.We travelled around and found that the studio was well located to enablle us to do so. We enjoyed a really nice meal at the Water Mill Restaurant and even went back a second time just to have dessert!!

We spent a week in this studio. It was nicely furnished, very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. As mentioned in the previous review, it has "great little features".
The location is perfectly quiet for relax, but only five minutes walk from the city centre. Groceries, pub and bus stop to the Eden Project are only two minutes.
It was a great choice, very good value. -

I went to stay in St austell with my mum and we found this little studio. It is absolutely charming and have some great little feautres.
It's in a great location, an easy walk from the train station and a stone's throw away from the town centre. You can also walk to the coast if it's nice weather and you're up for a two mile walk. Just round the corner are buses to the Eden Project and Heligan Gardens too.
The facilities were great, everything worked well and it was great having the TV/DVD combo for an early night with a take away.
The lady who ran it was lovely and offered advice on where to go and how best to get there and was very warm and welcoming.
For such a great price, I'd definately stay here again. -

The studio is well equipped and maintained. We were looking for a quiet holiday in an idyllic town, this was it for us. Spent a week there. The town is walking distance from the studio, lovely beaches near by with great coast path walks, Eden project and many more attractions. The studio is exactly as advertised no surprises. Would definitely visit again and recommend to all my friends.We opted for self catering so did not rate the services.

The studio was a very comfortable stay. We only stayed for one night but the facillities were very good had we stayed longer. We would recommend to family etc.

Very nice little place in quiet location. The weather was lovely and sunny so nice to have breakfast in the garden. Was close to local pub and supermarket, town centre just 5 min walk. Nice and central for beaches, Eden and Heligan Gardens. Comfy bed and accommodation would definitely come back.

We stayed at this lovely self contained studio and were delighted with it. The accommodation was extremely clean, comfortable and convenient in a very quiet spot. For a short break or longer it's ideal. Highly recommended.
