Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Very friendly proprietors who were very helpful when we asked for directions as we don't drive. Accommodation is lovely and clean and suited us. Nice base for none drivers like us to get to the Eden project and Lost Gardens of Helligan as bus and train services are excellent. Lovely to walk to Charleston and then walk along coast.

First things first - our host was a dog owner and had made the courtyard garden outside the annexe safe for our dogs to connect and roam; and he told us about a nearby field with a dog pooh bin. The cottage was warm and comfortable with everything we needed.There was not a lot of local information available, so would be a good idea to leave directions to the local tourist information centre which is out of town and we'd never have found it without the help of a friendly local. Once we'd done our own research, we found plenty of interesting places to visit nearby with our dog.
