This cosy single storey annexe sleeps two people in one bedrooms, on the outskirts of St Austell. Annexe is a single storey apartment in St Austell, within easy reach of the amenities and beach. The property has a double bedroom, a shower room, a kitchen with breakfast area and a sitting room. Outside is a patio garden and off road parking for one car. Annexe is a welcoming year-round retreat.

Amenities: Gas central heating. Gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, TV with Freeview, DVD. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Patio garden. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry,... no smoking. Shop and pub 10 mins walk.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

  Great Cottage for Dog Lovers

  First things first - our host was a dog owner and had made the courtyard garden outside the annexe safe for our dogs to connect and roam; and he told us about a nearby field with a dog pooh bin. The cottage was warm and comfortable with everything we needed.There was not a lot of local information available, so would be a good idea to leave directions to the local tourist information centre which is out of town and we'd never have found it without the help of a friendly local. Once we'd done our own research, we found plenty of interesting places to visit nearby with our dog.
