Blue Vista Villa sits atop a hill on St. Croix's north shore, offering breathtaking 270° views of the Caribbean Sea and Salt River National Park, with clear evening views of the distant lights of St. Thomas.

As you enter the mahogany gates you are dazzled by the large pool and jacuzzi; let your gaze drift to the covered dining area and on out to the blue Caribbean all the way to Buck Island.

Through the French doors from the pool deck is the dining room with the table that seats 12, and great room with conversation areas, correspondence desk and satellite TV. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen is just down the hallway that leads... to the bar area complete with satellite TV and internet.

For our guests who must work, there is a full office including fax machine, printer and satellite internet on the lower level. Each bedroom has a private deck or patio, full bath en suite and air conditioning.

Blue Vista is furnished in West Indian plantation style with beautiful woods and soft colors; your comfort is the first priority.

* The total number of persons allowed in the villa at any one time is restricted to the number of persons scheduled and paid for. The maximum number of guests allowed in any villa are 2 per bedroom. Should a group misrepresent themselves, they will be required to pay for the excess persons immediately, or vacate the villa without refund. Exceptions are made only for infants; if sleeping in a baby crib, they are NOT included in the villa's total count.

  This is the most inviting Villa ever. It made our vacation. Amazing location. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen of any rental house we have ever stayed. They had anything you could ever want to use or cook with in the kitchen. Beach towels were an added plus. Our property manager Bob...was very pleasant and extremely helpful. He helped us with directions around the island and other information needed. The painkillers on the first day were an added bonus. As for the bad....Internet service there is extremely slow even when you were sitting on top of it. The office equipment\" was a little outdated but worked.....but.....very slow. No even slower than that. I know I was on vacation but business owners never really get a vacation. The 10pm \"quiet curfew\" for the neighbors is a bit much. I am on vacation...and we had to be quiet at 10pm...come on???? Then we were asked to conserve electric because it is so expensive on the island. Really?\" - Rhonda D., Ohio, USA

  Beautiful Villa in Beautiful St. Croix

  We had a wonderful New Year holiday at Blue Vista Villa. The house is beautiful and the views across the Caribbean are stunning. Though there is much to do in St. Croix, all of us didn\'t want to leave the house and the wonderful salt water pool. We did spend a day though at Carambola Beach with its drop-dead scenery and wonderful beach. - Joseph T., New York, USA

  This is the 3rd year we\'ve used Luxury Retreats and have always been more than satisfied with the service, and the homes we have rented. We loved Blue Vista! The layout of the house was perfect for 4 couples, each wanting a little privacy. The views were spectacular! I\'m glad we rented jeeps for our stay, it was much easier to get around on the roads leading up to the house.
