This detached cottage on the edge of Moylegrove near St. Dogmaels sleeps eleven people in six bedrooms. Plasmelyn is a spacious detached cottage on a hillside above Moylegrove, 3.5 miles from St. Dogmaels. The cottage has six bedrooms - a combination of doubles, twins and a single, including two rooms on the ground floor. There are three bathrooms in the property, two on the ground floor. The kitchen has an AGA and a dining table, there is a dining room, and also a sitting room with electric fire. All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. The "Min. Per Night" prices quoted are based on the weekly rental price, they are not applicable for short breaks. See our short break policy or ask for further details.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

We had a wonderful new year break at Plas Melyn. The Welsh farmhouse is well equipped, with a vast array of games, dvds and videos for rainy days. The farmhouse kitchen is quaintly Welsh, with a warming aga. Beds are comfortable and views of the bay are gorgeous. Cardigan is a short drive, and St. Dogmael's has a local shop plus other attractions. Friendly owners and a useful children's play area were an added bonus.

This cottage is a lovely place to relax on a holiday. Not too far from Poppit Sands if you fancy a day on the beach.
Cottage has all the things you need, the lounge was a lovely place for us all to chill and it was well catered for on the child front. Could also close the gate to stop our dog escaping!
Being near the garden centre make sure you try the cream teas and the food in general is yummy!
Would highly recommend for family holiday and would definitely go back!
