Shops and restaurants nearby: the marina, the markets, the shops and the restaurants are only 15 or 20 min by foot.

Sport activities: All water activities, surfing, fishing, scuba diving, kite surfing, etc. Horse riding 4 km away. The international golf of Saint-Francois is 200 m away from our villas.

Our rates are calculated on a basis of a rental villa for 8 persons for a week of 7 nights.

Our rates include the following amenities:
3h00 of cleaning every 2 days, except on weekends and bank holidays.
Welcome on site and cocktail reception upon arrival.
The first breakfast,
A fruit basket,
A tropical flower composition.
Nespresso kit offered on arrival
Unlimited Wifi Internet
Satellite television
Bed linen and towels are provided. (The Vosges tradition: 100% cotton bedding, 500g towels, with one change per week).

Additional cleaning hour: 25 euros/hour.
Cook at home: 25 euros/hour.

Payment conditions:
50% deposit to be paid upon booking and the balance 30 days before the scheduled arrival date.

From the time of booking to 60 days before the arrival: no fees.
30% From reservation to 31 days before arrival
80% From 30 to 15 days before the arrival.
100% less than 15 days before the arrival.

Security deposit:
A 3000 euro security deposit is asked for the whole stay.
Payment of the security deposit upon arrival. It will be refunded to the renters within 10 days.
Contractual booking deposit: 50% rent
Damage deposit: EUR 3,000.00
