I shared this property with a couple of friends versus each of us staying in a traditional hotel. What a great decision!
This home is as advertised and the process for renting was seamless. I would highly recommend any property at Coral Ridge for anyone coming to the greater St. George area and considering staying at a hotel. The Coral Ridge development is first class. For the money, you will get so much more for the dollar. -

Excellent service. Super clean and beautifully decorated. Pool area was very nice. The kids loved the basketball court and putting green.

Our condo was fully furnished with everything we needed.. we were participating in the huntsman world senior games and the facility was within 5 minutes of the Washington community center. The clubhouse pool, spa and workout room gave us everything we wanted.
We highly recommendation the Coral ridge management. -

We have visited St George UT hundreds of times over the years. This is the first time we rented a town home and we will never stay in a hotel again. The unit was fabulous! Everything was brand new, worked great. We had all the space we could want and the unit would easily sleep 10-12 people. Great location easy access to the freeway and close to downtown St George. You won't regret this rental. Also, Coral Ridge Property Management was very easy to deal with too.

Great, newer townhome ideally located for access to St. George, Hurricane, and Mesquite golf courses. Wonderful view from the rear patio of neighboring Coral Canyon Golf Club. Clean and well maintained with modern conveniences. Next to townhome development sales office, but not a problem as activity goes largely unnoticed because of the orientation of the unit.

We stayed at Coral Ridge for 3 nights. We had our extended families. My little family was able to sleep in the bunk bed room. It was so fun. The townhome was stocked with awesome toys for the kids. The view of the golf course was beautiful!!! The whole Coral Ridge facility was so nice and clean. Everyone was friendly. The only bummer of our trip was the basketball was flat, so we weren't able to shoot hoops. We go to St. George every year once if not twice. This was definitely the nicest place we've stayed yet. We all had a wonderful time.

It was a wonderful place for our family. The townhome was large and spacious. The beds were very comfortable and everything was well kept. Not far from St. George. We are looking forward to staying there again!

From the moment you walk in the front door to the time you close it behind you your visit will be one of comfort and calmness. For those that enjoy a fully stocked kitchen with all the amenities of home, this home will provide you with everything you need to prepare your creations. Down to the detail these owners have though of everything. Each room is comfortable, the beds are perfect and the decorations well thought through and tasteful. The location provides amenities you generally find in a spa setting. But the best part of it all is the loft area which has a wonderful TV area and table to play games, draw or set up your computer station. Sit on one of the two outdoor sitting areas and watch the amazing display of splendor provided by Mother Nature...during our visit we not only experienced several amazing sunsets but also were able to watch hot air balloons take off in the distance. Can't wait to get back for another relaxing visit. You won't be sorry!

This is the first time we've rented instead of getting a hotel and our experience was so positive that we would do it again! The Townhome is so well laid out - open floor plan with Master suite on main floor and another one on the second floor in addition to a large bedroom which holds a queen bed. There is so much room that you could use the extra stored beds and not feel cramped at all. The main floor has a nice lookout onto the golf course and the covered upper balcony has an even better one! It's within 20 minutes to Costco or Wal-Mart for easy shopping. We came specifically to hike Zion National Park but my husband enjoyed a couple afternoons golfing and my children and I enjoyed the pool and hot tub. All in all it was such an enjoyable, relaxing property that made our vacation even better!

I stayed here with my wife and kids in March and loved it. The rooms are large. The place is very clean. Furniture and beds were comfortable. Everything we needed was there. The view was really nice. When we arrived home after the trip my 3 year old said "no, not this house! I want to go back to the other house." We would definately stay here again. Matt was great to work with.
