It’s a mix of contemporary and cottage style at Cedarwing, a four-bedroom home set amongst tall pines. The living area and kitchen are done in modern black and white with red accents, while the 1 king, 2 queens, and full loft are more softly outfitted in soft colors and a more classic style. The first level holds the living room, dining room, kitchen, king bedroom and bath. On the second floor there are an additional living area with sleeper sofa, two queen rooms, a bath, and an office area. There’s also access to the loft area with its full bed. We all enjoyed the house on SGI (Cedarwing)...and would definitely stay there again. I chose that particular house for a couple of reasons: First, it is located near the community pool which we especially liked and second, it has a ramp up to the first floor that makes it very easily accessible (and we had a disabled child with us). The property managers were very nice. When we told them at check-out that we had had to buy toilet paper and dishwasher detergent, they said we should have just stopped by their office to pick those items up. We liked the location best. We would have liked the sofas to have been more comfortable (the black leather one downstairs and the black leather one in the TV room).

Nice home with good layout, separate areas for adults and kids. No tv in the main living area which is really nice, we had good conversations and caught up with old and new friends. We had two families and we were all comfortable.
Walk to the pool and tennis court across the street and beach is a short walk.
It quiet and has all the amenities, grill, blender, nice outdoor deck, very contempory style home.
I would stay there again. -

This house is very near the community pool and an easy walk to the beach (it isn't super close to the beach which was fine with us). Keep in mind that it really only has three bedrooms (master on first floor and two upstairs). The third floor room that we could see in the pictures has no air conditioning and was unbearably hot in July. The other room on the second floor over looks the living and has a pull out that we did not use.

My family and I enjoyed both Cedarwing and St. George's Island so much! Never having been to Florida, the island provided new vegetation to see and activities that were new to my family. My sons enjoyed kayaking and eating the seafood. I can't wait to go back.

Our stay at Cedarwing was absolutely wonderful. The house was beautiful and provided us with a relaxed atmosphere. We had to do a little cleaning before using the refrigerator and the oven was not the cleanest but that is just me. We would stay at Cedarwing again.

Really enjoyed the house. The Nature walk to the beach was really fun. House offers a tremendous amount of privacy. Would consider renting out again next year.
