We were very please and surprised with our place to stay. It was very clean and above our expectations. The only thing was, and I know you cannot control the weather, we didn't even get a day on the beach. Due to other committments, we had saved our last day just for us. We were directed to leave a night and day early. We were disappointed to see no refund come in the mail. We had so little time there for our money. Please reconsider that. If there were more guarantees we might would consider coming back. We just can't afford to throw the money away.

As always we love every minute we spend on the island. K-7 is a lovely decorated townhouse. Right in front of the pool and a great view of the ocean. Our only complaint is the TV in the bedroom needs updating badly. The buttons on the set are broken and the remote worked about half the time. Tv's are very cheap and this shouldn't be too much to ask. And the sliding glass door got stuck from time to time. Other than that it was great and we would stay there again in a heart beat. Resort Vacation Properties is a joy to book through.

We have actually stayed in unit K7 several times, it is our favorite of the 4 different units we have stayed in. The greatest attraction is the view! But it is always very clean and comfortable, the only complaint last year was the bedroom carpet, where a guest had allowed their pet to soil the carpet. But we know it was not very old, and a babygate is supplied to keep the dogs downstairs on the tile. We just appreciate so much being able to bring our "baby" with us, and hope the careless ones won't spoil it for those of us who crate our dog when we are out of the unit.

Our third year, looking towards next year with possibly a longer stay. Great staff, nicely appointed unit with WiFi, excellent location close to apalach, beautiful beaches. The Unit did not have any place to store food as every cabinet was overloaded with glasses, casserole dishes and 18 coffee cups. No warm floor mats for the cold tile floor in the bathroom. Exterior walkways have ground-placed glaring white lights, making it impossible to see while the stairways down are completely dark. Great staff, very clean unit, well maintained, nicely landscaped and pet friendly. Our family will return, thanks to all for making our holiday so nice.

Our stay was comfortable and quite. We enjoyed the beach for walking, swimming, sun bathing and sitting out at night to view the moon and stars. During our stay the weather was very good. I would like to reserve this time for next year again and bring more of our family.
