TallahasseeA Beautiful Wedding Weekend
Left on 10/12/2012 for a stay in September 2012
We rented this home to have our wedding. My husband and I couldn't think of a more beautiful way to bring two families together to share in our beautiful day. The house was beautiful, the kitchen was very well appointed. The kids loved the pool and hottub. And the adults enjoyed the billards room. There was plenty of room for everyone, especially on the big day. And for some of our older guests , or those having trouble with stairs, the elevator made this house as easy as a single level, with the luxury of three stories. We made some amazing memories here. thank you to the owners of the home for opening it up and sharing it with others. It was a truly amazing weekend.
Also, a big thank you to the staff at Resort Vacation for being so very flexible and communicative prior to our stay. You are top notch!!
Thank You,
Tricia and Clay Carter -

Left on 10/04/2012 for a stay in August 2012
August 2012. We stayed in this beautiful home for one week (4 adults and 2 small children). We rented again for 2013 and had to really work at it to get the date...it is that popular!
Well appointed, great decor, great gathering areas and plenty of toys for kids and all the extras you don't find in many rentals. I know because I owned high end rental properties for years including a $5M (not k) rental on hilton head island. This property compares very well.
Although only 6 of us, this house has the capacity to handle 10-15 people easily so it would be great for a family reunion. Please don't rent this house in late July...we want it for ourselves!! -

Left on 04/24/2012 for a stay in March 2012
We had a great March in a superb house in Plantation called Diamond Seas. The rooms and furnishings exceeded our expectaions. We enjoyed the wonderful kitchen, two refrigerators, ice maker and gas grill cooking most of our meals in house. The baths were well designed and very functional. The billiards room provided lots of entertainment. The negatives were: 1)the TV reception needs to be improved as very fuzzy - outside cable connections appeared to be rusty; 2) two of the DVD players did not work properly; and 3)the pool heater made excessive noise disturbing those sleeping in the bedrooms on that side of the house. The other issue that we had were that many dog owners did not have their dogs on leashes and several did not clean up after their dogs - really disgusting.

Left on 04/17/2012 for a stay in April 2012
We gathered our large family for an unforgettable week at Diamond Seas. We have been coming to St. George for almost 20 years and we always have a great time - but this year was really special. The weather was spectacular, the water warm, the beach empty, but most of all we had the best time making memories and having so much fun together. Diamond Seas is an incredible house that easily accommodated all 17 of us and provided us with many extras that we did not anticipate. Beach toys, bicycles, great pool and hot tub, tons of books, games, dvds (although we were enjoying the outdoors mostof the time)- and a baby bed. The beach front location made us feel like we had the island to ourselves. Thank you to the owners who are so generous in appointing this beautiful home. We can't wait to come back again!

The house was perfect. It was 'operating room' clean. It was decorated beautifully. I can not say enough positive things about this home. We a
have been repeat guest at the Plantation for close to a decade. This is our favorite home by far. I bring two families with seven teenagers to stay the week. Even the teenagers want to return... Enough said. The Lancasters and the Hendleys -

Left on 01/24/2012 for a stay in July 2011
The house was well set up to accommodate our family and the extended family who joined us on two occasions for family get togethers and 4th of July celebration. It is a beautiful site with many items needed to be comfortable in a nice surrounding. The children (and adults) enjoyed the game room very much. The Wwii was used in the heat of the day and after the night meals and it was nice to have that entertainment.

Left on 01/23/2012 for a stay in July 2011
Diamond Seas is the most beautiful home we have ever stayed in! The home was so comfortable for my entire family(12 of us), we never felt like we were on top of one another. The kitchen and living areas were spacious and great for all of us to gather and cook. The pool table was a hit with the guys as well. The swimming pool was great and the closeness to the beach was incredible. Very private and felt like we were in our own little resort. The bedrooms were roomy and comfortable for couples and children. Only 1 negative, one of the king rooms mattress was so hard we had to try to pad it to sleep decently. Otherwise it was absolutely perfect. The home is elegantly decorated and very luxurious. It was such a memorable experience for my whole family that we will always treasure!

Diamond Seas - SGI's Family Jewel
Tyler, TXDiamond Seas - Sgi's Family Jewel
Left on 03/28/2011 for a stay in August 2010
Diamond Seas is a great beach house situated in a secluded area of SGI. We were 3 generations, and the layout of the house fit our family of 14 perfectly. We look forward to returning to Diamond Seas in 2011.
We only had one uncomfortable experience during our stay in 2010. One of the back bedrooms on the 2nd floor had plastic covering the air duct when we arrived. The couple who occupied the room found it difficult to cool the room plus both had headaches whenever they spent time in that room. Since we smelled mildew in their room we felt it attributed to their headaches. Your service man looked at the ceiling and said there was a leak from the jaccuzzi tub on the floor above and that's its been like that for a while and they couldn't fix it while the house was occupied. We did not use the jacuzzi tub in the master bath during our stay because of the existing damage. When we left SGI we shared all this with the office and asked that the plumbing issue be addressed and the sheet rock be replaced and the mildew gone prior to our return in July 2011. We trust that this has been done.
Check-in was confusing and the directions to the house were incorrect. After making a call to the office we found our way to Diamond Seas.
Overall we enjoyed our stay at Diamond Seas in 2010 and look forward to returning in 2011. It's become our family beach vacation home.

Comfortable house, very large, great amenities. Our only problem was with the pool heat, which was either too hot or too cold.
Otherwise, great place, and we hope to come down again next year! -
