Bed sizes: 2 kings, 1 queen, 1 queen sleeper sofa One Charleston Place is a unique beachfront community located near the center of the Island and close to Lighthouse Park. Great place and great location! Easy to find. You can see the buildings as you come down off the bridge. Centrally located within walking distance of everything.

We chose the house because it was pet free and smoke free, and had WiFi. All of this was as described.
Just two of us, so there was plenty of space. The master bedroom had a sea view and a balcony. There was also another double room with a sea view at the top of the house.
It was very well equiped with good 'white goods' and plenty of cooking equipment. The swimming pool was well maintained, though not heated. However, a quick swim was managed.
It was our first stay on St George Island. In February it was very quiet, and the beaches clean with lovely soft sand. There is very little to do on the island except walking - this is what we expected and wanted. There are two grocery stores that had almost everything one would want. Also a fish supplier(Doug) in the car park very close to the appartment.
We were not lucky with the weather, but the hosue remained warm, and we enjoyed out 12 nights on St George Island.
The approach to the Island is via a 4 mile causeway/bridge. This was quick so trips to the main land were easy -

One Charleston Place is in a perfect location for a family. It is in the middle of the island, within walking distance of just about everything you need. The house is clean and well decorated.

This was our family's first trip to St. George Island and we loved it. the location was perfect. The view, the proximity to the stores, the condo- everything was perfect! We could not wait to book the same condo for the next year.
As my husband, who is not really a beach person said, "This was the most relaxing vacation ever, we should come back every year!"
