On the second level, a spacious living area is open to the kitchen/dining area which provides a wonderful amount of space to congregate with friends and family. This beachfront home was absolutely beautiful. It is as if the builder took the very best of all the vacation homes on St. George and put them into this one home. Steps away from the beach, easy walk to restaurants, shops, etc., and plenty of room for everyone. Highly recommend Sweet Tea.

Our family loved this house. The kitchen was one of the best equipped of any we have rented in the past. The only thing it could use is a separate ice maker. All bedrooms face the beach which was awesome and literally steps away. The house is a quick drive to all the shops, restaurants and groceries. The only negatives which were not a big deal: the clothes dryer took several runs to dry each load of clothes and the pool decking is very narrow for walking by all the deck chairs.

The management sent maintenance to the house to make sure the elevator was working for my husband,but it was also handy for bringing in supplies. The home was very nice with a very clean kitchen which had a high quality stove and utensils. We ate in most of the time because we had young children. We were very close to the ocean and my husband could watch the children play in the sand as well as the pool.

The house, view and beach was wonderful. I would suggest a gas grill for grilling and a larger refrig if more than 6 people were staying on property.

There are presently two refrigerators at this property, one is located in the kitchen & the other is located in a room to the right, right as you walk in the door. This area is open & available to guests for overflow storage and also houses the additional refrigerator.
