IndianaGreat house, but missed having a pool in the sun.

This is a very nice house with lots of space and wonderful living areas. The house is near the end of the island, so it is very peaceful and the view of the ocean is wonderful. To get to the ocean you either had to go out the front and walk around or go through one of the bedrooms. All of the living/common areas are on the 2nd floor with no access to the beach - but the view of the ocean is great. The pool is small, but the larger problem is that it is shaded all day long under the deck, so even though it was hot in July, the pool was so cold that my kids did not want to swim in it. Since our kids are small, they like the pool more than the ocean. This severely limited their swimming time. If I were staying here again, I would pay to have the pool heated

Least, Kitchen on top floor - Carrying groceries was very difficult!!!
House needs an elevator!
