H-5 is a friendly comfordable Unit. Upon arrival the Owner welcomed us per telephone. The boardwalk under the unit was extremely hepful by not having to carry groceries two flights of stairs up and one down. We stayed there during the month of December even a small Christmastree was placed in the unit. Once before we rented the unit for two weeks for our adult Grandchildren and their spouses.

We are frequent renters on St. George Island and always have a great time! This was a nice place to stay - right on the beach and well-equipped. We love being beachfront (so easy to spot the dolphins!), and there was very easy access to the beach and pool. The condo was just right. Nothing too fancy, but fine. Some of the living room furnishing were a little tired. We pulled a table in from the balcony for puzzles and games as well as a chair for extra seating. The Master Bedroom is very large and has a great view! We enjoyed working with Resort Realty. They were friendly and accomodating.

We have stayed at the Ocean Mile complex several times. You can't beat it for the price. If you have young children and want to feel like you don't have to watch them every second, this is the place for you. Even better, if you have teenagers and want to actually spend time with them and not worry about having to take them to the amusement parks and go cart places, this is really the place for you. The unit itself is very typical of the Ocean Mile complex. Very nice, but not upscale. This is a perfect beach condo, without spending a fortune. The pool is right outside one door and the beach is right outside your other door. This unit has two balconies, one off of the living room and one off of the Master Bed room. It is great to wake up early in the morning and sit out on the deck before everyone else gets up and eat your breakfast and watch the dolphins swim by. The kitchen has what you would need to do most of your cooking during your stay. The beaches at St. George Island are great. The water can be temperamental. Most times it is clear and beautiful, but there are times where the sea weed comes in and makes it murky. Give it a day and it will usually be gone. We will definitely return.
