Ocean Mile I-3 is a great place to stay on the Island. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the view of the ocean could not be more perfect!! Thank you for letting our little Cocoa stay there - she had so much fun; oh, and our kids did too. I can't wait to get back down there!

This is a well maintained and cleaned condo right on the sands of the beach. The beds and furnishing are comfortable. The kitchen is well supplied for cooking. Very easy access to the pool.
If you have a toddler as I do there are stairs to contend with but that was not a big problem. -

We loved Ocean Mile I-3. The owners provided a very welll equipted kitchen with excellent pans and knives and left over dishes. (Last year we had to go out snd buy some).
Bath tub was great. Very comfortable unit. The closet in kitchen with chairs and storage space for our cooler was so nice,

Not only was the condo nice and accommodating, everything about the trip was wonderful. The weather was perfect, Apalachicola was as darling as ever, and taking the time (almost two weeks) to really unwind over the holidays was the perfect Christmas and birthday gift for our family. Loved it, can't wait to go back!

The condo was furnished nicely and the kitchen was well equipped. We enjoyed sitting on the patio which was right on the beach. A very nice unit and a very relaxing vacation.

The staff at Resort Vacation Properties are always professional and quick to solve any issues with the property. We have leased with you the past five years and would not consider another company. The Unit I-3 was nice, the dryer needs attention (does not automatically shut off) and the microwave should be replaced. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!!

We've been spending our vacations at SGI since the late '80's and will continue to do so. Resort Vaca Rentals has been easy to work with, friendly and quickly attentive to anything that crops up while staying with them.
The condo at 300 Ocean Mile is clean, comfortable, and is well supplied with things we need for a great visit. The location and view are the best!
We so appreciate being able to bring our dogs with us, and for the most part, others with dogs are conscientious and considerate with their animals.

Need a Beach view condo that allowed pets. We suffer from allergies but the unit was very clean and did not smell of wet pets. Enjoyed the huge amount of beautiful fire works on the 4th of July. The beach was lite up from one end of the beach to the other end and everyone was in great sprits. Felt safe with young children and could watch them from the back deck walk down the boardwalk and play in the sand.

We have been vacationing at St. George island for 15 years, and we always look forward to a return visit! We love the dog friendly beaches and accommodations. We have stayed at 300 Ocean Mile several times, and really enjoyed our stay at I-3, very clean and comfortable. Great commons area with pool, patio-grill, and well-maintained grounds.
St. George Island is a wonderful, beautiful, timeless, family and pet getaway, wish we could live there! -

Beautiful and clean condos located in a good location. Resort Vacation Properties is in charge of renting them and they provide great customer service. The only thing I would like to see changed is a little more parking room.
