We enjoyed being on the beach. We have stayed at several different units and i4 has been the best so far. The unit has been updated and seemed a little cleaner than the others.

St. George Island is a great place for a vacation. It is quiet and has great beaches. The 300 Ocean Mile I-4 unit was very nice. We have stayed at various units at 300 Ocean Mile for the past 10-15 years and it is always wonderful. The white sand beaches are lovely, there is no crowding, the wildlife and views are beautiful and the condos are excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit this year.

Thanks Hope, I cya later this year, me "hopes"! Unit on the beach with all the necessary equipment. Next door to State Park. Visit Island View Seafood while in Eastpoint and p/u some fresh blue crabs, shrimp, and mullet caught locally. Also drop by Island Outfitters and say hello to Cpt Dave, his beautiful wife angela, and their daughter Layla(Australian Labradoodle) who also works at the store.
Hope Savage is always working hard to help with all your needs while visiting the island. She is the best!

We had a good time the weather was good and the condo had been update since we were there 2 years ago. Looks nice. Carpet is not to good. Feels dirty in places. We love the island, if it were not so pricey we would spend more time.

My wife and I stayed in 300 ocean Mile I-4 for five nights. In all honesty, we had no huge expections, but in general, we are very particular in where we choose to go on vacation. We are quite familial with saint George island, and we enjoy the thought of quietness, beautiful beaches, and opportunities to exercise. The townhouse in general was very accomodating with aduate cooking utensils, up-to-date furniture, and a clean smell. The only complaint if any is there TVs are a little outdated and they could replace them with flat screens, and theshowers are from the 90s, just plain. If you are looking for a happening time, do not go to St. George. We bought our groceries in tallahassee, never left the island with exception of going to angelos one night(best fish ever). We laid by the beach and pool, ran on the greenway, and rode our bikes along the greenway and into the park. We got the R&R; we needed and would rent this one townhouse again if it is just the wife and me. But we will try to persuade our friends to come with us in future and rent a larger home.

We have been coming to St. George Island for many years. We have stayed at properties all over the island, while all experiences have very positive we prefer 300 Ocean Mile. I feel a vacation is for relaxation and SGI is the place for that relaxation.

We have been visiting St. George Island since 1993, a couple of years in "town" at the Villas and more recently at 300 Ocean Mile. We had stayed for several years in the F-building condos and decided to find a newer unit, with fresher and newer furnishings. I-4 was a definate upgrade! Staying in this "tropical" unit just added to the experience of taking an island vacation. We were very satisfied with the beautiful decor, the furniture was fresh and not worn. The kitchen was well equiped. The deck furniture was nice as well. RVP was awesome. We requested an extra coffee maker, which was delivered promptly. There was also a service man who came to make repairs reported from a previous renter and he was very courteous, made his repairs, then checked on a cable problem I asked him about. He was unable to fix it, but made the necessary arrangements to have the cable company come over. The grounds at 300 Ocean Mile were beautiful and well kept as always. The pool and deck was always very clean including trash cans and grills. To sum up, our week was wonderful, just too short. We are trying to figure a way to stay 2 weeks next year. (Went to Harry A's for first time ever this year. Will go back!)

This is a lovely property that is well-maintained. The furnishings are comfortable and up to date, the kitchen is also well-stocked with cookware, and the wireless internet service was a big plus for us as well.

My family has been staying on St Georges Island for nearly 14 years. We have rented many different units, while all were very nice this unit was exceptional. I would recommend to anyone. Nice furnishings all needed utensils, High speed internet, great views of the beach. and attractive decor. If you choose to rent this unit you will not be disappointed,

We have been vacationing on St. George Island since 1993, when our children were young and still at home, and have always stayed at 300 Ocean Mile. Traditionally we came in August, after summer sports activities and before school started. After the children grew up we decided to come a bit later -in September - to avoid the heavy season and others who were still raising their kids. Little did we know that we would be replacing children with dogs. People bringing one or two dogs and allowing them to run all over the beach and keeping them on the deck is annoying. In the future we are most likely going to seek a vacation spot that does not allow pets. We vacation from our pets, not with them.
