A couple of maintance complaints. Curtains were coming down and no heat on the main floor. We passed this information on to the rental company.

I have stayed at 300 Ocean mile several times in the past. Most times things have been fine. I really think this particular unit needs to be updated. These are the things I had problems with: blinds/curtains had missing slats and did not cover the windows/doors. The comforters and carpets looked worn, especially in the master bedroom. The T.V. was difficult to understand how to work and also needed to be updated(picture quality was bad) Other problems: beds in 2nd bedroom were squeaky when you moved, my son had a hard time sleeping in them. Also other problems we had during that very busy week: we did not have cable during most of the week because of construction and the pool was so crowed we did not have chairs to sit in, there were teenagers at the pool with no supervision. They were diving and jumping in the pool, they even had a surf board in the pool.
We usually enjoy staying at 300 Ocean mile but we do feel that the townhomes need some updating. -

I have stayed in St. George many times. I found this condo to be outdated and the furniture was dirty. The 300 Ocean Mile complex is an older complex, and is quite a distance from the main center. Being that I had teenagers that wanted to go to the pizza shop it made it difficult. I would recommend it for familes with small children or older couples. I would not rent this condo again.

We love staying in 300 Ocean Mile condos and have been doing it each year for about 6 years. We bring our two grandchildren for a week in June and they love it too. This condo is great because you can see the pool from the house if you have to run back for something or send one of the kids back.
We like having the twin beds in the second bedroom as it gives the children each a bed and no one has to worry about sharing the bed.
We would definitely stay here again!
