The service from RVP was excellent. The keyless entry was convenient, and it made the check in/out process extremely easy! This home is beautiful...loved that there were bathrooms connected to every bedroom and the masters were awesome! The landscaping was tropical and very pretty. The kitchen was fantastic and fun to cook in! The walk to the beach was short (about 1 minute on the path). The only downfalls of the home were based on the fact that some things weren't working (or working well): internet, ice maker, hot tub!

I can't complain about anything about anything with this property. Very nice and well maintained. Accommodations were as advertised. Dogs were not leashed on beaches (as required), but that doesn't reflect poorly upon this property.

The house was beautiful with everything you needed already there. Check-in took less than 2 minutes. The ocean was a short walk away and the pool was awesome. I love this house, it felt like home! The lanscaping was beautiful and even though there was houses near it, you still feel secluded!!!

We loved everything about our vacation! We've taken our family on quite a few different beach vacations in the States & the Caribbean and this was the first time we were actually making plans to come back before the week was over. The house was beautiful & perfect for sharing with another family- our family of 6 and the other family of 4). We enjoyed afternoon cocktails out on the screened porch with our brother & sister-in-law; the walk to the beach was very short (maybe 1& 1/2 minutes) & the kids really enjoyed the pool when we weren't at the beach. We have already made our reservation through Resort Vacation Properties for June 2012!

As Good is very warm and inviting home. Lots of room for our family of six. Very neat and clean home. Short walk to the gulf. Very well stocked kitchen.

Two families and three generations enjoyed a week together at this property. There was plenty of room for everyone to enjoy each other as well as their own space. The house was comfortably decorated and the property was nicely landscaped. It was a short walk to the beach and having a private pool for the kids and hot tub for the adults was great. The surrounding area was full of historical sites, beautiful scenery, fresh seafood and shopping. Being in a gated community made us feel safe and the island itself was not overly commercialized which was perfect for relaxing and reconnecting with our family. We all enjoyed leaving messages on the shell collection for future guests to read. Wonderful idea! We will definitely be back...

As Good as It Gets was our favorite house on the island. We loved the decor, especially the kitchen. The pool was great too. The walk to the beach was a little "buggy" but I'm not sure what you can do about that. The decks were lovely and the seclusion was optimal. I will stay there again.

The only thing I will say in a negative way is that the dishwasher did not clean the dishes very well at all. We did a lot of dishes by hand or a lot of rinsing really good. Otherwise, they did not come clean.

The house size and layout was wonderful. The view was great, easy access to the beach, pool was clean and great to have close to the house. We would stay there again if we vacation at St.George in the future. However, the house will sleep a large number and there were a couple issues concerning that. The washer and dryer is much to small. When you have kids lots of towels it does not work. The large ice maker was out of order, and the dishwasher had operation issues. Bathroom tissue and dish washing soap was minimul, along with 1 garbage can liner.

The house overall was very nice. The down side is that there are alot of stairs and our legs were hurting for the first 3 days at the house. Also, the drive to get to the house was extremely long.

We have stayed on St. George Island one week in May for 5 years. We loved the location, the house, the pool, the wonderful bedrooms and family living areas in this home. It is a comfortable and beautiful home. Staying on St. George is such a fun vacation for all of our family from our 1 year old to us (the grandparents)in our 60's. As Good As It Gets is a great vacation home...

We rented this home through Resort Vacation Properties in St. George. It was our second time renting through them and I cannot say enough good things about them. We will be using them again next time we head to SGI.
The house was lovely and we had plenty of room. The computer was handy and the beds are comfy. The house is close to vegetation so we had problems with mosquitoes for the first few days. After the mosquito trucks sprayed, things were much better. We made some great meals in the very well equipped kitchen. The walk to the beach was short, although we had to take the "long" way on the street because of the mosquitoes for the first few days. The streets in Plantation are very quiet so it was no problem walking with the kids.
Plantation is a very pretty and quiet part of the island and the beach is beautiful there. The shelling was awesome!
The yard guy cut our cable line so we had no cable TV for a day and half but RSV was able to get the cable company out quickly for us.
All in all, we had a wonderful time and we enjoyed As Good As It Gets. -

We enjoyed the area very much. What we did not like was that there were no places to go shopping or just walk around some stores. We like to be able to do both shop and walk the beach.
The area is beautiful but lacks shopping areas. -

The house is as advertised. One of the reasons we chose it was because of the hot tub. We knew the weather would be too cool for a pool. The hot tub needs some help. The cover did not fit properly - it was not the cover made for the hot tub. It was held on with 2 x 4's. After fighting to get the top off, the tub did not appear clean. We chose not to use it. If a hot tub is important to you, stay somewhere else. We did love the large deck off the living room and spent lots of time there. There were no lounge chairs on the deck so we just moved some from the pool area. It would have been nice if we had not had to do that. We also liked the fact that the majority of the homes around us were vacant which gave us lots of privacy. Pictures and descriptions are accurate. Due to the hot tub and lack of lounge chair issues, we would not stay at this house again.
