Super house for kids and dogs. I especially liked all the toys and activity things for kids that came with the place. It was very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked.

Very pleased with the house and it's amenities. Enjoyed the pool and the boardwalk to the beach! The porch offers great views and the house fit our needs perfectly.
We would definitely recommend this rental and plan to return in the future. -

This was our 1st time at B & D's on the Beach and could not have asked for anything that was not available. That includes all sizes pots & pans for every meal, every dish, glass, & bowl included. We have been coming to SGI for many years & this was one of the best. We did have the tripical storm this year but that is one of the chances you take. We made our reservations for next year as soon as power was restored to the island. Would not change a thing!

From the moment we opened the door we were pleased. I am so used to brochures and advertising overselling accomodations that I steeled myself for disappointment but to our delight B&D;'s at the Beach was lovelier than we had hoped. Very comfortable, spacious, very well equipped kitchen and laundry and even great book selection to read while we were there. The pool is terrific and also well equipped. Since we were not counting on playing pool, it was ok that the recreation room really is simply a concrete floor large closet under the house. We would definitely consider

This home location makes it a great place to have a family fun filled time, it is close to the water but not in a congested area. I have stayed in many homes on the island, managed by Resort Vacation Properties, but my family all agree this is the best one yet. The house is stocked with everything you need, we were surprised to find many things that we had forgotten, was already there. Thank you to the owners for a wonderful, stress free week.

Upon a search of our records, we show that your sister had expressed initial concern upon arrival because the house was smaller in size that the one previously rented. My mom and I have stayed here twice, along with aunts & uncles to visit. It's stocked well for families. The laundry has plenty of beach towels, which saves room packing. The pool & hot tub are great to have. A nice touch is the bathroom off the pool in the game room. The game room has plenty of toys, beach chairs, etc.

First let me say that the staff at Resort Vacation Properties is nothing short of outstanding!!! They went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was nothing short of excellent!!!
The house was perfect in every regard. Plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the awsome views of the beach and gulf!!
When visiting next year, we will certainly be renting fom Resort Vacation Properties!!! -

Everything was perfect from request for rental ,check in the home ammenites.1 year old grandson was with us and everything you could need for the comfort and saftey of a child was provided.Beautiful home equiped with every thing you could think of needing.If you decided you needed somethin gin the kitchen it was there.We will return again and again.

We were really ready for a relaxing vacation and that is exactly what we found at B & D's.
Even with eleven people ranging from 1 to 72, each found lots to do, a beautiful beach, great weather, good food, and friendly people.

We rented B & D's on the Beach the week of Mother's Day. It was everything we hoped for and the more! The house was perfect and very well equipt. It was in an excellent location right on the beach. The rental policy was easy and check in was a breeze. We defintely will be a repeat visitor!

We loved the house. Sits right on the beach. Since we were there before school was out for the summer and before summer vacations begin for most families,it was as if we owned the island. Very quiet and peaceful. We had a couple of minor problems at the house when we arrived but maintenance arrived very quickly and took care of the problem. We even received a call back from Resort Vacation Properties staff to make sure everything had been taken care of. Great private pool and hot tub. We would without a doubt pick this house again.

We have stayed on St. George for 10 years running, including 2008's tropical storm. This year, we chose this new home, and we will be making this our permanent stop! Great house, pool, game room, finishes, thoughful touches throughout! The way it is laid out, you can have private time even when others are in the house. The kitchen is well equipped, and the extra refrigerators are a plus! Just steps from the beach, it is awesome! See you in 2010!

We Loved B&D's it was so nice to be right at the beach. My Mother is older and never gets to go to the beach because she can't walk very far in the sand but this year she was in the water. The house was great very comfortable and even had beach towels!! Trash bags were furnished floats very furnished many other things that we always have to buy. Every morning the kids love to go to the pool to see how many crab were in it! We had a great time and will stay again with B&D. Thanks for sharing your house with us.
