What this house may lack in luxury or amenities, it more than makes up with the fantastic view and location on the bay and canal. When sitting on the deck upstairs overlooking the bay, you get the feeling that you are sitting right over the water, as that is all that you can see,

This is a wonderful property in a great location. It is well furnished and well equipped. Things you might expect to be missing (coffee filters, dish soap, etc) were all present in ample quantities. The listing does not mention that the house is equipped with a washer and dryer - a real bonus because we were not expecting it. The listing should be updated to include this important item. Everything was in good working order - except the coffee pot. We cleaned it with a full bottle of vinegar and it improved, but it needs a serious cleaning or replacement.
Otherwise, this is just a great place and, again, the views over the bay are tremendous and it is just a short walk to the Gulf side of the island.

the two of us wanted a quiet two weeks of boating and the beach. we chose bay pointe because of the boat dock on the property. although we did not use the dock, being on the bay was perfect. a short distance to the beach and to shops. house was not fancy, but all we needed. a good floor plan and great view. resort vacation properties could not have been any more accomidating. wonderful time.

Great RVP of SGI Service, flawless as usual. Bay Point is comfortable, beautifully decorated, and pet friendly.
We loved the bay side for a change, the fishing pier/dock was easily to assess.
We especilaay liked the big poarch/deck,on which we strung "Christmas Lights".We booked Bay Point for Christmas 2012 as we left.

We really enjoyed the house and the wonderful sunset view. We brought along our Pro-Line 23 Sport Fishing Boat to tie up at the dock since they advertise deep water canal. Unfortunately the dock has less than a foot of water at low tide. My bilge pump sucked in some weeds and had to be replaced on the third day of our trip - that was expensive! The house is wonderful but the dock was a horrible experience. The owner also moved the turn date to Sunday so he could use the place more often - so we couldn't come back even if they fixed the dock.

We enjoyed our stay at Baypointe.It was a very nice house.The location was good.The only thing that we didn't really like was where the dock was.And some of the neighbors were really loud.But over all we enjoyed our stay.And yes we would stay there again.

Everything was just as good as it has already been. (Was our fourth or fifth year in this house.) Used internet for first time. Were able to enjoy dolphin show in bay and to go deep sea fishing. Had one maintaince problem that was solved in less than 30 minutes. Each bedroom had TVs.

Everything was perfect but we could not access the free wireless internet during the stay. I had a friend from NY who couldn't get work done. That was annoying but al in all we had a great time. Would def recommend it to friends.

The service from the staff is amazing--fast, efficient and courteous. Bay Pointe has improved (from 2007) with interior modifications and newer
furniture. The view of the Bay and the Bridge to the mainland is spectacular. Evening sunsets are
beyond beautiful. It is a peaceful place to stay--even on Chili Cook-Off weekend. -

The house was very nice and I would recommend it to anyone interested. Located in a good place to relax and fish. We couldn't do any of that due to the hurricane, rain and water every where. It was nice that we had the entry code. We liked the house the most and the weather the least. Me and my family love St. George Island and have suggested vacationing there to all our friends. We have been going there for over 30 years. There's no other place better and Resort Reality makes the reservations and all our needs even better.

This was our 3rd year to stay at Bay Pointe while staying in SGI. Having coffee on the front porch is one of the highlights of my trip. The House is well furnished and centrally located.

This was our second stay in as many years at St.George.Nice little island with everything u need.
The house we stayed at this tear was quite colorful and comfortable at the same time.The house is older but well maintained.The people that live next door are very nice and are quite amusing at 11:00 at night wading into the bay with lights looking for flounder,and finding them!The house is very nice and we will be back! -

We spent a wonderful long weekend at Bay Pointe relaxing, fishing from the dock & enjoying the fabulous view!
The kitchen is well equipped. The beds are comfortable and there was plenty of room for everyone!
The beach is close by for great morning & evening walks and the local restaurants aren't far away either!
My family will stay again...and you should too!
