The house was so roomy and clean. The layout was perfect. Even though across the street from the beach, the walk to the beach was short and the view of the beach was unobstructed. The porches were huge and we spent most of our family time enjoying them.

The view from the third floor of Beach Time, our home, is amazing. Everyone enjoyed the spectacular view and the ability to sit on the deck at any time of the day. Because the deck is large and deep there is always available shade and a breeze.
The kitchen was well equipped, and we were impressed with the rapid response to our needs by Resort Vacation Properties. When the living room furniture was soiled they quickly had it steam cleaned. Any small appliances that were problematic were replaced, which included a new microwave, coffee maker and blender.The broken box springs in the twin bed room were immediately replaced.
Another great service was a total cleaning at mid month that was just a part of a full month rental.
Our only complaint was that one living room chair was worn out and the owner was not willing to replace it. The upholstered furniture should be clean prior to arrival. -

We were very impressed with the beauty of Beach Time as well as the cleanliness and location. We didnt get to stay for very long but it was a wonderful 3 days. We were able to wake up, walk right across the street to the beach, then come home and lounge on the potch while we listened to the waves. Also, the staff at Resort Vacation Properties were very helpful and exyremely friendly. Thank you for a wonderful experience all around and we will definitely be back!

We had two families stay with 5 adults and 5 teenagers and there was plenty of room for everyone. At first, I was a bit concerned about being across the street from the beach, but the price was so fantastic that we went with it and we are so glad that we did. It was a matter of crossing the street to get onto the beach. It was absolutely no trouble at all. The house has a great view of the beach and ocean from the upper deck.

We had a great time (myself, my husband, our 2 children, my parents, and my aunt & uncle) visiting during our fall break from school. We absolutely love St. George Island, and Resort Vacation Properties is the only rental management company we use! It saves time not having to go check in before going to the property--we love the keyless entry!!

First, the view from the top side living area is awesome! The open floor plan and large windows let's you enjoy the view from inside the house. The porches are large and comfortable. We enjoyed oysters and ate dinner on the porch. My husband loves to cook the fresh seafood found on the island and the kitchen was well equipped. We shared the house with another couple and we all had plenty of room. Each bedroom has it's own bath and that is a real plus. The house is well kept and was very clean upon arrival. We are looking at another island vacation with a total of 3 couples and Beach Time is our first choice. We enjoyed the island and house!

We've stayed in quite a few houses on St. George Island over the years and Beach Time is a great house for the price. With lots of elbow room, our family of five had plenty of space. There is direct beach access right across the street (which is great!). The ocean view is perfect, and the porches are huge. It seemed to have all the amenities we needed: pots, pans, games, tvs, dvd player, etc. I suppose when you rent a great house for a great price you do expect a few quirks-like the family-room carpet being slightly worn out-but overall we enjoyed the house!

A well-maintained,well-equiped,and well-located beach home. The kitchen was complete! Early problems with the disposal and ice maker were promptly repaired. A bathroom for each bedroom was a real convenience. Many stairs might be a problem for older folks, but we handled it! We look forward to returning.

We were very pleased with Beach Time! Two of our children, their husbands & children stayed with us for a week in June 2008. We had plenty of room. The porch was awesome with a view of the beach and ocean. The walk to the beach was short and very easy which really helped with 4 children, ages 22 months to 4 1/2!! The kitchen was well stocked and very convenient since we prepared most of our meals there. We would recommend Beach Time to anyone!

Home was very well maintained. Furniture was nice and home was kept clean. We loved being able to set on the porches that overlooked the beach every morning and afternoon. I would recommend this property to anyone that doesn't mind staying just a few steps away from the beach. We will certainly be interested in renting this property again on our next visit to St. George.

We always wanted to experience the beach in the winter time and what better place than St. George. We couldn't have picked a better week...the weather was 70 during the day and no lower than 58 at night. The shelling was great but only saw dolphins once (I hope those were dolphins and not sharks).
I don't know if there was something going on with the plumbing or not but the bathrooms had a bad odor like maybe then needed to be cleaned better, and the furniture in the den and king bed may have seen better days as they were not to firm. But the house itself was wonderful, the view was grand, wish the power lines had been under ground, but from where we were we saw the sunrises and sunset very well and they were amazing. The kitchen was stocked better than most and was very clean. Would rent this house again but we've visited St. George 8 times now and we love to rent a different house each time. Beach time was well worth the visit and had easy beach access. -

The house was clean and well maintained. Our entire family was there and we each had our seperate bedrooms and bathrooms. This is the first time we have done anything like this and are planning to do this again in the near future.

We spent a month at Beach Time and had a great time. Gulfview from all levels spectacular. The layout of the home was great, with a bathroom connected to each bedroom. Full size washer and dryer made laundry easy. Kitchen could use some more utensils (cutting knives) and a larger refrigerator. 3 bedrooms on second floor and 4th bedroom on third floor with living area. King bed needs replacing. Living area furniture not comfortable, but you're not going to spend much time inside anyway. Nice deck chairs. Be prepared to climb many stairs.
