Our family had such a great time at Beachnique! This house is beautiful! It is also perfectly located, just a short walk from the beach and a short drive to town. We would most definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a great place to stay at St. George!!

Check-in was so easy and the house was just as described--no unpleasant surprises. The decor was beautiful, the kitchen was a dream to cook in with everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals. Everything looked new and spotless. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and fire pit. Although the house is not directly on the beach, it is only a very short trek to the beach without worrying abou crossing a busy street.
I cannot wait to come back to this house. -

We all had an awesome time. Our family (3 generations) had a fabulous week together. Our home for the week was very enjoyable. The pool was a big plus!! We hope to be able to return to this same setting again next year.

excellent time with friends and our dog. perfect beach location and perfect views. beach is literally a 15 second walk out the door.

A large group of women planned a trip to St. George Island for a long weekend and found Beachnique through Resort Vacation Properties. The house was very nicely furnished and accomodated all of us well. We were able to use the pool, hot tub, and the fire pit as our weather was sometimes good and sometimes not so good. We all agreed another trip was in order next year and that will be the house we will want to rent!

We loved Beachnique. It was the perfect size for our familly with three teenagers and two dogs. Well equipped with everything we needed. We did have a problem with fleas on our dogs. Other than that, we would definitely recommend Beachnique.

Beachnique was a great experience. It was easy dealing with Resort Vacation Properties, and any problems,though minor, were dealt with quickly.
The home is lovely, with quality furniture and accessories. We were particulary impressed with the wonderfully equipped kitchen.
I particularly liked the heated pool (nice size), but missed the ocean-front location (even though it was a short walk, looking at the beach and waves would have been a plus.) But we were aware of this when we vooked -

The house was terrific....beautifully furnished and stocked. Everything was in great shape. For not being beachfront, it sure did have a fantastic view, especially from the top floor! The one time we had to call Resort Vacation Properties to fix something, they were immediately out there and took care of it without a problem. I would totally rent this house again and I would definitely use Resort Vacation Properties again. I have no complaints whatsoever.

Beachnique is a gorgeous, well-equipped home. It is in great condition, furnished beautifully, and offers total relaxation. My family consists of myself, my husband, and 3 adult daughters. We love family time, but we also love the privacy that the many rooms of Beachnique offer. Also, the deck that looks over the pool is a great place to read or just watch your family swimming in the pool. Personally, I like the hot tub the best! The kitchen has all needed items. We cook all meals except 1 or 2 when we are in St. George.
We love the location. We can see the ocean, but it is not ocean front. That is fine with me, because it makes it a better deal.
We had a small problem with the hot tub last year. A call was made, and the next morning someone was out and it was fixed! Resort has always handled any problem, worked with us with payment issues, and just all around made us feel welcome.
In a perfect situation, I would change only one thing. The studio apartment on the top floor is not closed in. So anyone sleeping up there needs to be a sound sleeper.
I guess you can tell, we love the house! I mentioned not going this year because of money, and one of my daughters(that is a first year teacher) told me that she would help with the cost. She said she liked this house more than any we have ever stayed in.
This year in July, we will stay at the Beachnique for the 4th year in a row! We can not wait!

We have been vacationing on St. George Island for seven or eight years but our stay at Beachnique was the best time we've had yet. The house is beautiful and set up for fun for the whole family. We will be back!

My wife and I have been vacationing with 2 other couples for 26 years. This was the first time at St. George Island and even though the weather was iffy due to hurricane activity, what a great week it was ! Beachnique is a wonderful house and so close to the beach for the price . We especially enjoyed the porch in the mornings/evenings and the private pool . Highly recommended !!
