Open kitchen/dining area overlooks the 1st level living areas. Three living areas with a furnished screened porch just off the lower level living areas. Large master suite with access to a 2nd furnished screened porch on top level. Elevator, ceiling fans, hardwood floors, multiple TVs/DVDs/ CD player. Bed Sizes: 1 king, 3 queens, 2 queen sleeper sofas Resort Village is a small community of beautiful homes located within St. George Plantation. The service was good, the home was set up great, the location was great, the amenities were not great. Over the years, the hot tub quit working and was not fixed and guests no longer can use the clubhouse but prices have continued to rise.

It was very nice to have an elevator as we had a wheelchair bound guest at the cottage.
It was furnished pleasantly, roomy, and accomodated many people.

Coral Sands is a great place to relax and leave leave all your work and troubles behind. The beach, swimming pool and all other amenitjes are close by. Rvp sure do know how to pamper you. Of course, we are staying year and this makes the 4th year.

we have stayed in teh Planation several times. Coral Sands,the price and location is very good. The elevator was a gerat conveince in loading luggage and groceries. The only negative was the furniture coaches on the kitchen level is very uncomfortables and not enough for more than 3 peaple. The beds were not very supportive. Also disappointed the hot tub has been turned off. The owners should raise the rates slightly to cover the cost of heating it. The pool area and the recreation building were very nice and the maintance staff were very friendly and helpful.

We have passed your comments on to the homeowners for their review & consideration. We apologize that the Resort Village community hot tub is no longer heated. This was a decision made by the homeowner’s association for that area, over which, we have no control. Our stay was for 3 nights. If I were to do it again, it would be for 4 or 5 nights. The only negative comment would be the distance from the beach and those pesky sand gnats.

We had a great time. The only trouble we had was with the refrigerator ice maker. We would have enjoyed more chairs in the bedrooms.

This was the second time that we have stayed in Coral Sands. We love it because it is a very nice home, loaded with amenities, and of course dog friendly. The house was great. Everything was in working order. We did request some extra towels on the first day, and they were there within one hour of calling. The house is a short walk to the beach and has a great shared pool. We have used Resort Vacation Properties for all of our 4 stays in SGI, and would not think of using anyone else.

My husband and I gathered up our son, nieces and grandson and headed to St. George for a wonderful week. Staying at Coral Sands with our mixed group exceeded our expectations. The pictures do not do it justice as the house is more beautiful in person! The bedrooms are located in the house in such a way that everyone had privacy. The master suite was not only beautiful but very private and very comfortable. The staff at FlipKey responded to our needs when we had a towel shortage and again when we requested an oversized large pot to make spaghetti. The kitchen is not only functional but located where we could watch the children at the pool and also have a great view of the islands beauty. We could not have anticipated a more wonderful vacation and we can't wait until next summer when we plan to do it all over again. I strongly recommend Coral Sands to any family who wants to enjoy island beauty but with the charm and comfort of home.

The house was prefect for our family. My wife and I, along with our 1 year old (we were staying for his birthday), my mother-in-law, my sister-in-law and her husband stayed. There was plenty of room and the beach was very close. The pool that was shared by only a few houses was great. It was cleaned daily and was always a welcome swim when we wanted to get away from the beach. Overall, this was an incredible stay and we would highly recommend it.

The Coral Sands property was perfect for our long weekend get-away. It was spacious and clean and within a short walk to the beach. The elevator was a nice surprise. While we didn't necessarily need it, we used it a few times to save ourselves from walking up all of the stairs after a long day of walking/running on the beach. I'd definitely recommend this house to anyone visiting the island.

I had my wedding at The Resort club house and pool and it was the most perfect event ever from food, friends, weather and set up. Coral Sands was one of the wedding party houses and the set up of the house was nice. My only complaint would be everything echo's. Overall it was a great place. We had all the houses rented at The Resort so it made it very convenient.
