I have given up trying to come up with a description of the views from this gorgeous home. My usually low keyed husband actually gasped the first time he saw the panoramic scene of the gulf from the main living area and the view gets more magnificent as you go up from floor to floor. Someone really knew what they were doing when they planned the layout of Heaven By The Sea and once that was done someone came in and decorated it like lifestyles of the rich and famous.
If you want to live in the lap of luxury, if you want to be surrounded by beauty inside and out and if you want to have a stay you will remember for a lifetime...rent this house! -

This home truly is Heaven by the sea. It is well kept with a fantastic location and spectacular views. Being located at the end of a cul de sac at the end of the plantation allows unconstructed views and very low beach traffic. We enjoyed biking through the plantation as well as kayaking across the cut. With six adults and five children, we were very comfortable with plenty of space. My only complaint is that the house was advertised as having access to the plantation pool, but one week prior to our arrival we were informed of no pool access. Apparently there was a change in the arrangement. However, all things considered, we would definitely stay at this home again.

The property was in very good shape and the deck furniture was real wood, which is an exception for beach properties.We enjoyed our stay enough to rerent it for Oct. 2012. It was great being so close to "the cut", since I enjoy fishing. The service from Resorts was suserwhen we had any problems[all of which were very minor].

This house has a perfect location on the beach. However, the Master Bedroom had a smell, maybe it is the carpet or the mattress. We have been coming to St. George Island for over 20 years, and are bay front property owners, but there are just too many dogs on the beach. Owners let their dogs run all over beach. The leash law needs to be enforced.

This home does live up to its name. It is roomy, yet homey, and has all the comforts one could want in a home away from home at the beach! We, our children, and our guests used every inch of the offerings, including the lovely porch overlooking the gulf and the lower deck and patio. The kitchen is very well outfitted and it seemed like everything we cooked was perfect! We loved the convenience of the built in vac! St. George Island is our place to enjoy nature, eat good seafood, and relax!

The home was very accomodating for our large family. The location next to open lots with the "cut" within walking distance was great. God painted beautiful sunrises and sunsets for us to enjoy from all deck levels! Wonderful retreat!
