The house was tastefully decorated and all rooms in the house provided the up most in privacy and luxury. The house was very well built so you don't have to hear people walking above or below you which is nice with a full house of family. Everyone had plenty of space to find peace and quiet if they wanted it. The 2 refrigerators on the 3rd floor with kitchen were a very nice amenity and the double oven and multiple dishwashers came in handy when cooking for large meals. The theater was a nice surprise and everyone really enjoyed spending time as a family for movie nights. The pool was perfect especially the easy in and out of pool access for kids and older guests. Having a bathroom just off from the pool especially came in handy for the Little kids and made life easier for parents. The beach was a very simple walk which was perfect. The only neatives which are not huge negatives but would be good ideas to consider, the second floor is in desparate need of a good, working refrigerator the cuurent one is more like something you would find in a college dorm room and was to small to hold much and what it could hold unfortunately couldn't keep it colder than room temperature so not much help. Also the 3rd floor with main kitchen has a very small TV in a side room tucked away - not big enough for folks to really get together in the morning for example over drink coffee and catch up on morning news or offer another place to watch a movie with a friend that isn't really movie theater hush hush type quality. It would be really nice to have at least a 42 inch flat screen on same floor as main kitchen so others not wanting to watch the chosen movie theater picture still have a spot to visit and share a movie with if they aren't interested in the movie theater selected movie. I would also consider flat screens in all bedrooms because the tube TVs seem really out of place in such a modern designed home. Again, lovely house. We will go again just want to post some ideas that can make people's visit even that much nicer. We also had a bad problem with roaches on 3rd floor so highly recommend more regular pest control spraying especially in July and aug. Since this is more expensive than other across street rentals thought some feedback would be helpful so all guests feel they get their full moneys worth. Again...wonderful beach rental just needs some small tweaks. Will stay agin!

This house is amazing!!! From the 2 fridges, to the theater room, to the play rooms in the bunk rooms, everything is this house is thoughtful and set up so that you can enjoy every moment with your loved ones. We enjoyed the pool- which has "ears" that are "wading" pools for the little ones. And the screened porch was perfect for the odd rainy day. I really can't say enough good things about this house. We loved it and can't wait to go back!
