We have our family vacations at SGI for 6 out of the last 7 years and this was the best. Accomodations were excellent. We had no problems to report. This last visit will have always have a significant meaning to our family because my Wife, Mother and Nana was in her final stages of brain cancer and this was our last trip together as a family and all enjoyed the time on beautiful SGI with her. Nana passed four months after our visit. This vacation home is located in a wonderful setting and you feel safe having young children within the gated area to enjoy the fun and sun. We all plan to come again to be refreshed at SGI. I highly recommend this vacation home.

Arrived on a Saturday and check in was so easy and quick. Loved the big kitchen with plenty of seating for 11 people. Appliances were in great working order and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you needed for cooking. Loved, loved the ice machine which was great for filling up the coolers! Great location as the pool was just steps from the door and the beach was less than a 1 minute walk. This house is in a gated community on a quiet street with no traffic and the kids enjoyed riding the bikes around the neighborhood. The only negative would be that the carpet is starting to show some wear and tear and probably could stand to be replaced soon. Other than that, we would definitely stay here again. Great value for the money!

Our family has stayed at Sunset Beach before and have always loved every minute of our vacation. Beach, pool and tennis are all right there and we love putting our beach tent/unbrella up the first day and not having to worry about it all week. Over the Rainbow was the perfect house for a mini famiy reunion with children and grandchildren. The house was beautifully furnished and provided everything we needed. My only suggestion would be a better outdoor grill situation. The managment company is very friendly and helpful. Over the Rainbow could easily be renamed...Paradise!

The service was very prompt from the moment we checked in early. Also when we had to get a new code for the door. Loved the bright fun colors and very comfortable. Very well kept clean home. Location and the amenities was within driving distance for some great fishing and restaurants. Oh yes and we had fun riding the beach bikes! Gator colors! I wish we could have been able to bring our small dog. Thank you for a wonderful time, we would love to come back and stay again.

The house was perfect!! Plenty of room, comfortable, and beautiful.. We have
a large family and the upstairs kitchen/living area were perfect for large
gatherings. The view of the bay from up there was a treat. Perfect to watch
the sunset. The beach was great and not too crowded. The walks along the
state park are so peaceful. And seeing all the dolphins swimming by was
special. We are planning our trip for next year!
