A lovely home with an open & spacious living/dining area which features a wood-burning fireplace. A quiet sitting room is located upstairs between bedrooms and is perfect for relaxing with a good book. There are multiple TVs and VCRs, DVD, CD Player, wireless internet, children's videos and games. Multiple covered decks, a sundeck and a screened porch. A semi-private community pool is exclusive to the Bluffs neighborhood. This was our first time visiting St George Island and we were very pleased with the experience. Resort Vacation Properties had everything ready for us when we arrived. The house was perfect for our two families - the pictures don't do the house justice. The beach was beautiful.

This was a great house for our annual week at SGI. It was close to the beach, had a semi-private pool that we had to ourselves. It was great. I do wish the outside had a good wash down and the outside furniture could be replaced. But for a vacation house it was nice.

This is our 10th rental in The Plantation, St. George Island, and our second at Panorama. We love this house, the location, the windows on the natural beauty, and the price. If you've rented on St. George before, you know how special The Plantation is - bike paths, trees, community and, for this rental, semi-private pool, family-friendly, and few crowds. We are glad to be back here . . . but we've learned that if, as in our case, you are the first rental of the season, you can encounter some surprises. We found that a leak in the living room ceiling developed within a half hour of our arrival. Because our party included my 89 year old mother and 2 year old grandaughter, we were . . . well, concerned. It was fixed that evening, though, and aside from the broken blinds (three - only one important in that you are showering with a full open window - lovely unless it has no blinds!) we fully enjoyed the house, the pool, and especially the beauty of the beach. The management company was responsive but busy (we missed a visit as no one called to ask us to put the dog in his crate; repairman would not enter.) They gave us a slight discount for the leak. The house is rented almost all of the rest of the summer, and the new blinds and fixed leak won't affect future rentals.
Stairs: nice tiled ones, but a set to reach the living area and one nice bedroom with tub bath on the hall, another set to reach three other bedrooms. -

This home was very nice, a little plain, no frills, but very clean and well taken care of. It had everything necessary to make our week comfortable. The home had a charcoal grill too. It is located in The Bluffs, which is a small "subdivision" in the Plantation, and there is access to a well hidden pool. The house looks like it is not close to the beach, but it actually was a VERY close walk with a hidden beach access path. It took us barely 5 min to walk to the beach, it was great! The pool was right there by the beach access too. It was very quiet and private, just about no one in the pool. The only bad thing was the mosquitoes at night. The Plantation is always nice, I highly recommend staying there.

We had a great time even though it was a cloudy we still did alot. It was very relaxing. We went swimming at the beach, in the pool, we went fishing and walked the beach. I do suggest sunscreen on cloudy days. The house was very clean, it had everything we could want and the view was breath taking.
We arrived late at night and found it very easy to pick up our paperwork and keys. I would recommend this company to everyone. -

8 of us stayed her for a week. We had a great time and the beach was a short walk away. We had plenty of room and nice common areas. We cooked and played and really enjoyed our week.
The master suite was enormous!
My only recommendation would be to bring the number for your rental property and your digital passcode with you everywhere. Twice the code changed and we got locked out. But it was reset with a quick phone call. -

We loved the Island and especially liked the Plantation area. The house was in a great location - close to the pool and a short walk to the beach. The house was spacious and well stocked. We did feel like the carpet was in desperate need of a cleaning (or replacement) and we actually had to wash the comforters that were on the beds. It also would have been nice to have more furniture on the deck.
