Features a large family room plus ground level kid's bonus room with queen bed plus single roll-a-way, books, and video library. Multiple TVs/VCRs. Only 3/10 of a mile to the beach. Great fisherman's retreat or entertain the kids for hours catching crabs off the dock. This year we stayed on a canal.We had a boat ramp which made putting the boat in easy. The house was clean and rooms were well furnished.Pool was clean and just large enough for the group.Staff as always were helpful and quick to respond.Great house for families with teens.Great vacation as usual,can't wait to return.

We bring a boat with us to fish in the bay and with the boat ramp and the dock it is easy to do also the fish cleaning station is great. Not having to take the boat out of the water every day is great The pool has always been very clean and is a great place to relax after fishing. Every time we have stayed at Reel Deal it has always been very well kept and clean. We have it booked again the May and will rebook for Sept. Always look forward the getting there.

There are not alot of homes on the Island that have a boat ramp. That was an important feature to be able to leave our boat in the water. The house is very spacious and very clean. The kitchen had all the amenties needed for preparing meals. The pool was another big draw and is always clean. I would definitely recommend staying there to my friends.

The pictures do not prepare you for the neighborhood. Initially I was extremely disappointed when we turned into the driveway and wished I had could cancel right then. I will say the house made me feel better and I would rate it much higher if it was located in a different spot.
I am a repeat renter with your company and have nothing but compliments for the service all your staff have given me. I give you 5 stars. I hope this helps. Thank you. -

Older house but plenty of room and space for the entire family of 11 which included 3 children. Separate bed rooms and two family rooms made for peace and quiet when needed. The pool great for the kids and the boat dock easy getaway for the fishermen. Could have used more parking but made do but the boat launch was handy.

Location was great the property could have been cleaner, The living room was a little cramped. The house needs a few update as far as living room furniture and kitchen, and bedding (Bed Covers and Pillows) . Overall we had a great stay. The home was comfortable, but not for a Months stay.

This was our first time staying in Reel Deal, it was easy to find and we loved the loation just off the bay. We had a problem with the entry code but a quick call to the office cleared that up right away. We liked the house even though I feel the furnitue layout was a little strange. The rooms were plenty large and the beds very comfortable. The kitchen was set up well with everything we needed. We enjoyed the pool on site and had a great time fishing off the dock. We took boats and jet skis to enjoy the water and having the ability to leave everything in the water was a bonus. My only complaint was we had rain almost everyday so we were limited on the sunbathing we could do but the fish did not care that we were wet while catching them and we were able to catch alot of them. I have and will continue to recommend Reel Deal and Resort Vacation Properties for my friends and family vacations. Thanks for a great time as always.

This was the second time we have stayed at Reel Deal, the house suits our purposes very well, not too fancy, just right for a fishing vacation. I think there could be a little more thought put into conveniences in the furnishings, e.g. a chair or dresser in the downstairs bathroom. We usually share the house with another couple and our grown children visit when they can, so the size of the house is perfect. The location on the canal and the ramp there is just right for us.
Of course, Resort Vacations make it so convenient and easy as far as booking and registration is concerned. We always go through you for our trips to the island.
We started coming to St.George Island for vacations in 1981 and we are so happy that it hasn't changed that much.I know it gets busy in the summer, but if you vacation in Spring and Fall you can usually have the place to yourself! My favourite time is winter, not too cold, sunny, just right for walking the beach in sweats. My husband and I have travelled extensively and have yet to find anywhere better to relax, we always come back to the Island!! We look forward to many more happy vacations with our next generation, our wonderful grandchildren. -

While Reel Deal had everything we needed, it was a little expensive compared to previous houses we have stayed in on the canal front. Would probably stay there again, but will shop for equal accommodations at a better price. Pool is just tiny & parking can be a bit cramped for more than 2 vehicles (we had 4).
