Sea Watch was a very spacious home for entertaining and accomodating guests during our visit to SGI. Location, of course, on the beach was just lovely (except we had many more cloudy, rainy days than sunny).
Resort Vacation Properties was very attentive to any requests we asked them to fix or adjust at Sea Watch. Thankfully the guests at Sea Watch found my husband's camera and returned it to RVP for mailing to us in Maine.
Two comments: suggest owners provide a four slice toaster or toaster oven and more smaller tables for the porch and living room area

Resort Vacation properties is a pleasure to do business with. Loved the house, especially the covered porch facing the ocean. Had a power outage, but Resort properties handled it extremely well. They are the best people we have dealt with for our vacations.

We've been to St. George Island several times. Sea Watch was by far the best house we've rented. The location was great and the house was plenty big for the size of our group. Certainly hope that we'll be able to return soon!

This was the first time my sisters and I rented a beach house. We are familar with the area because of our mother. We have reached the time in our own lives that spending time together in a lovely home on a beautiful beach will last in our memories forever. This was a great choice

We have gone to Sea Watch during our kids and grandkids Spring Break for
many years. We love this house. It is in a quiet part of the Island and is right on
the beach. It has all of the desired amenities and makes for a very comfortable
stay. It would be nice if the rates did not nearly double during the Spring
Break season, which makes it hard to afford for a family, but we still love it and
will continue to come then because that is our only time option. We have
stayed in two other houses on the Island and neither was as nice or so well

In may 2008, my wife and I and my mother and sister spent a wonferful week on St. George Island in Sea Watch.The house was beautiful and comfortable and we can't wait to come back.
