The house is right in the middle of everything you can walk or drive a golf cart which makes it really nice.The house was clean and had everything you need.I didnt like having to walk thru the bedroom to get to the beach if someone was asleep you have to walk around the house.The oven went out the first or second day and we didnt have a oven the rest of the week which made it really hard to fix meals.This should have been taken care of. But the house itself is a good vacation home.

I cant say enough good about the island and Sunny Side Up. This rental property is well equipped, large, very clean,nicely decorated. The property management is by far the best. After leaving the island, I have thought of nothing else but how to get back. I love St George Island. So much to do but no crowds and the most beautiful white sand beach. Also, a place you can see the stars at night. You wont go wrong coming to St George Island

We look forward to return vacations to St. George and Sunny Side Up. We traveled with our 3 standard poodles, loved the direct beach access, the house, the local amenities including restaurants and shopping. Everything was clean and comfortable, the beach was wonderful for us and the dogs. The only thing we didn't love: the grassburrs between the house and beach on each side of the boardwalk.

Beautiful and well-equipped. Very nicely decorated. Great location. Comfortable and clean (with two exceptions; see below) -- we really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay again. Rental agency was excellent to work with; very helpful and came out quickly when we called to ask that a couple of minor things (light bulbs etc.) be taken care of.
However, had some issues -- oven had had oven cleaner sprayed into it and then never cleaned out, so when we turned the oven on smoked poured out of it and we almost choked to death -- should get cleaning staff to look for things like this. Because of this could not use ovne during stay. Carpets in downstairs area need to be replaced -- full of pet stains and getting very ragged. Perhaps go to hardwood or tile down there since it would wear better.
