The rental company let us check in a little early since we got into town sooner than we thought. The house was perfect for the amount of adults and teenagers we had. The location was great because even though we were off the beach, we had a perfect view from the screened in porch. We had a wonderful time for our Thanksgiving celebration and the rest of the time we rode bikes all over the island and enjoyed the always perfect St George Island beaches. Wanted to stay for the Christmas and New Years Holiday for 2012 but it was already booked. Will definitely try to rent again.

We have stayed on SGI and in the Plantation for 10 years. We got a great last minute deal on Sweet Dreams for spring break last year and loved it!! The gulf views from the living/ deck/ kitchen area are great! The house is nicely decorated and the bedrooms are all nice. The pool area is awesome and it is an really easy walk to the beach. We loved it so much we're staying for Spring Break and Summer Vacation this year!

We vacation to St George every year and each year we love it more! Every home we have rented with Resort Vacation has been wonderful and this one more than met our expectation. We loved the pool area - private and nicely landscaped. The house was perfect for family and our dogs. My thanks to the owners for allowing us to stay in their home!

Beautiful home! Interior very tastefully decorated. Nice private pool w/ great layout for grilling/entertaining. Short walk to beach. Adjacent neighbors a little paranoid about cutting across sand to get to beach. If you walk along road (further distance) - no issues. Need to have vehicle take beach supplies (chairs, coolers, etc.) to drop-off area. Very nice, secluded beach. Very quiet neighborhood (great sleeping in the house!) Natural landscaping around house and in Plantation, which is very beautiful. Long drive from entrance gate but worth the extra time. Drive slow and enjoy the scenery - remember you're on vacation! Great facility at a great price. Hope to return one day.

Very nice house and easy walk to the ocean. Nice pool. Took 3 grandkids along with another guest and we all had plenty of room. Eating porch on top floor has great view. Very comfortable rental house. We would rent again. Thanks.

The service we received was very good. The remote keyless entry was a great idea and very welcome as it was raining heavily when we arrived and we didn't have to check in at the office. Sweet Dreams was a great place to stay. We had lots of room, the kitchen and utensils were excellent, the bedrooms were very good and the pool was great. We had a short walk to the beach from Sweet Dreams. The area was very quiet and we had a good view of everything around us. St. George Island is a wonderful beach area and we would strongly recommend it to anyone (and we have) who prefers a laid back, quiet beach where the beach is lovely, the accommodations are great and everyone there is so friendly.

Sweet Dreams is a beautiful house. We really enjoyed our stay. It has plenty of room if you are going with a larger group. The two living areas were great for adults and kids to have their own space. The location is also great, only a short walk to beach path and bike paths. The pool area is also wonderful. The pool upkeep was the only drawback we could list. The pool company put so many chemicals/chlorine in while we were there that many of our clothes and swimsuits were bleached. Four of the blondes went home with green hair that was very difficult to fix afterwards. If this issue is corrected Sweet Dreams will be one of the most perfect rentals we have ever used.

My husband and I rented this property the week of July 4th, 2008. We took all of our children at the time (4) and grandchildren (3). It was actually the first family vacation that we have taken with all the children. It was so nice to feel at home while we were on vacation. The house is beautiful and we really enjoyed the pool. We do plan on renting this property again.

This is a beautiful house, great master bedroom, very comfy. Lots and Lots of room for kids. Pool was great. Love the fact that I could bring my dog, Daisy. And the owner sent my family a Christmas ornament!

We really loved the home and the pool was just wonderful, so refreshing and relaxing.
The view was nice. This house is very comfortable. Quiet, private area in the "Plantation" with no disturbances. I loved everything about the house except for the interior stairs to the upper level. It was rough going up and down them everyday, but should be alright for a younger person. The screened porch was great too. It was so nice to sit out there and not have to worry about the bugs. The mosquitos were bad several times but the sprayer truck did come by later in the week when we were there. We had a great time and will probably stay there again sometime in the future. -

We have stayed in the Plantation at St. George Island for many years, and go at least two weeks a summer. This might be the most beautiful house we have stayed in. The kitchen had everything you would have at home. The views were beautiful. The downstairs porch overlooking the pool was a great place to sit in the evenings. The pool area was my favorite part. From the house, you walked out of the lower living area into the pool area. A pair of beautiful palm trees edged the pool, owls hooted, and the grill area was easily accessible as other family members floated on the pool. Follow the sand route to get to the beach rather than the street- it's easier. The master bedroom is spectacular. We all had a wonderful time - how could you not?

Beautiful home, nicely furnished and decorated. Kitchen counter top had a very large crack across it. Screened porch off of kitchen had cigarette butts on the floor (about 15). The pool landscaping needed attention as well as cigarette butts all around the pool, and in the landscaping next to the pool, trashy.
Who goes behind housekeeping? There really should be some quality inspection for the prices we were paying.
