We have been coming to St. George for 9 yrs. This is our second year to share the trip with friends, also our second year to stay in Tickled Pink. All of us started calling it our beach house by the end of the week. It is so nice to be able to stay at a place and feel at home. Thanks for everything.

This was our second year of staying on St. George Island and our first stay at "Tickled Pink". We had a wonderful stay - the staff at Resort Vacation Properties was very nice, friendly and helpful!
Our "home" for the week, Tickled Pink, was a large modern house with options and space for everyone. We were a touch confused with all the light switches and couldn't get the washer to work but other than that...Fantastic!!! We spent many hours enjoying the pool and nightly dips in the hot tub. The walk to the beach was a short one and the privacy of the home was well worth the walk. We will definately be returning to St. George Island and most likely be reserving Tickled Pink again. Thanks so much for making our stay a wonderful one.

place was beautiful. black and white all over. pool was awesome. close to beach. can't say enough about this house. one of the best vacations we ever had. had an elevator that came in very handy for me because I can't do steps.

The house was perfect for our needs. My husband and I travelled there with our five children. The children's rooms were upstairs and the master downstairs, so we had lots of privacy. We loved the decor. We made use of the billiard table and the hot tub. We did have problems getting the hot tub to work properly but it did eventually work. The location was OK. It was fine for the winter since we didn't spend a lot of time at the beach. We wouldn't stay there during the summer months because we like beach views. It was clean and the service was good. We made use of the free wifi. We would stay there again.

My Jan 2008 stay was to celebrate my 30th birthday. Since 2005, we have been staying in St. George Island each year. But, in 2006, I chose Tickled Pink and fell in love. The house is open and modern. It has a wonderful view. But the #1 asset is the kitchen. I love to cook and it is a cook's dream. The Kitchen is open and airy and provides enough amenities to host a 10-12 people. I love it!!!

The home was lovely and just as nice as it appeared on the website, both inside and out. Everything was clean and neat and impressive. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool table, and the private outdoor pool was luxurious. However, there were some maintenance issues that we didn't expect based on the cost of the rental. Also, we had very bad timing on our stay. The big, beautiful HD TV was broken and could not be fixed until the following week. The rental company did not even have a note telling us that it was broken, and we had to complain to find out what was going on. In response, the rental company gave us a puny tv as an inadequate replacement. Then, we learned that the community pool was closed for rennovation the week of our stay. Needless to say, we were very disappointed, as we picked this property, in part, for the community pool for the use of our 2 teenagers. (We still feel that the rental company should have given us a discount due to the inconvenience, but we received nothing.) We would love to rent here again, but we would want some assurance that the TV is working and that the community pool will be open -- or receive a discount if either or both are unavailable.

We rented "Tickled Pink" for our family last summer and did enjoy most of our week there.
The problems that we had encountered were with the managing company. Our check in was delayed due to the home needing to be "inspected". Even though it passed an inspection, we found the home to be a bit dirty and a few things not working, such as the fireplace and telephone. Also, there was a missing drain cover in the master shower and one dresser had the drawer front off and lying on the floor. Not what we have found in a home of this caliber renting elsewhere.
We did love the area, the pool was nice and the kitchen was fantastic with lots of amenities! Beaches were beautiful and just a short walk. The grill outside was of poor quality, but usable. A janitor arrived at the home unannounced to fix the drain cover, but that was all that was done during our stay. Not sure that I care for strangers arriving without warning, either. Nothing was really done about our complaints, other than an apology. Lots of room for a large family! And yes, we would try this vacation spot again. -

We loved Tickled Pink! The house was in great condition and furnishings were lovely.
Our kids couldn't stay out of the hot tub and the pool table was especially fun. The kitchen had everything you could want. Easy to check in and out of. Would love to return. -

I have been visiting St. George Island for about 10 years now. This home is in the top 5 of my visits! If it was beach front it would have to be in the top 2! Love this place. Prefect sleeping layout and great kitchen. Wonderful hot tub and pool and a beautiful path to the beach. Love the fireplace and pool table too!
