Resort Vacation Properties of SGI is head and shoulders above the rest of the rental agencies. Always responsive to a tenants needs...service above and beyond any we have ever experienced..
The home is modest but provides all that one could need.
Staying in the Plantation is glorious...the beech is so close...the clubhouse pool is so great... the bike path system is awesome. -

The house was just fine. We enjoyed the private pool and under property parking. The tile floors were pet friendly. The decorations were pleasant. All was good and only a five minute walk to the beach.
The Island experienced a 48 hour power outage due to a storm. Rvp was very helpful during the outage and we appreciated the later coverage by the included trip insurance for those days affected by the power outage. -

I had not been to the Beach in over forty year. I found
Resort Vacations staff to be helpful, courteous and a
pleasure to deal with. I rented the Home Unforttable
in the Plantation which I enjoyed the week of vacation
very much. I found the ammenities in the houser to be
great being that I am usually not a water person. I
very much enjoyed the Tv's, private pool and Vcr's
located in the house. I was disappointed in the eighteen
steps to climp to reach the House as I am an elderly person with minor health problems. I am looking forward
to a long association with Resort Vactions and a trip to
the beach at least once a year. I highly recommend the beach to everyone for a relaxing and enjoyable vcation. -

It was ok...the mosquitos were so bad that you could not go outside and enjoy the ocean breeze! The house is older and not as nice as some of the other homes I've stayed at, espcially for the price. The location sucked!! it was such a long drive into the plantation.

We always recommend including a DEET based repellant in your vacation supplies to try & combat them. We apologize that the home’s location did not meet your expectations. This home was not very luxurious when we stayed there a few summers ago - it was pretty bare bones, but it was nice for my husband and I to stay somewhere fairly inexpensive that had its own pool, which was the home's best feature. The bed was very soft and uncomfortable, the decor was not the nicest, and the kitchen was minimally stocked. It was nice to be not too far from the beach, and the location was very quiet. We enjoyed going into Appalachicola. However, staying there helped me realize that a priority for me on vacation is having a very comfortable bed!

OUR STAY ON SGI WAS AMAZING. THE WEATHER WAS PERFECT. THE HOUSE WAS VERY COMFORTABLE AND HAD EVERYTHING WE NEEDED FOR OUR VACATION. THE POOL WAS GREAT. THE PRICE WAS AFFORDABLE ESPECIALLY FOR THE PEAK SEASON IN THE PLANTATION. THE WALK TO THE BEACH WAS 1/4 OF A MILE BUT MADE THE OCEAN ALL THE MORE INVITING.

Everything was great. The AC struggled a little during the day but at night it caught up. The island is a lot of fun. The mosquitos were awful this year. Not sure if this was a standard problem or just one due to a lot of rainfall. Overall the island and Unforgettable were great.

awesome house. very private.had everything we needed.the pool was perfect,not to big & not to small.the only thing that happened was,we forgot at that time of the year you need lots of bugoff spray.so just remind other guests to bring some at that time of the year. (lol) it is always a pleasure renting from you guys. no matter where we stay on the island. yall have never failed to meet everyones needs. thank you for a great & smooth vacation.we will see you next summer or fall.
