My family and I have vacationed on the island for over 10 years. It is always perfect. We can't wait to play on the beach and eat the wonderful seafood. We have stayed at Villa Noel 3 times and love the layout. We like that it is one level and the common area is in the middle. It works well for the older and the younger members of the family. We also use the pool a lot. This year we did have to wait longer than the guaranteed check in time. That was our only problem.

Everyone enjoyed the vacation. We came with our whole family Grandparents, and My sister in laws family. It was perfect for 6 adults and 4 kids. We squeezed an air mattress in the bunk room for an extra kid and they had plenty of space. We loved being able to have our own pool. Being able to have a short walk to the beach was great. We loved dolphin watching on the deck. The only wish they had more chairs and a table to eat at out on the deck. Other than that it was great!!! We will be back.

We have spent several holidays at SGI but this was our first Thanksgiving. We had a great time and Villa Noel was a great property. Plenty of room in the kitchen even for a Thanksgiving meal! Plenty of privacy for us, our two college-age children, and my mother. Beach right across the street and we all loved the hot tub!

House is clean and well equipped, right across the street from the beach and just blocks from "downtown" SG. Wireless internet is a nice plus for those rainy days. Great view of the Gulf while relaxing in the morning or end of day out on the front deck.

by the way the W stands for "White!" Best Location/value on island for a 4 BR, 4BA home with pool. It is close to needing a little updating on furniture, paint, etc., but still a nicely furninshed laid out house. This is about the 5th time to stay in this home. Probably will request it the next time we come....which has already been too long. We look forward to coming back.

We totally loved this home for our 2 families. It has 2 Refrigerators for all our food and drinks. Kings beds were very comfortable and the place was neat and clean. The views from the COVERED porch are wonderful and the beach is right across the street. Lots of covered parking for our vehicles and boats. Sailed and kayaked off the beach everyday. Can't wait to do it again!!!

I have nothing negative to say about this property. It was immaculately clean and everything worked. We especially liked that there were 2 refrigerataors (great for a group our size). The concreted area under the home was super considering the unusually high temperatures for early June. There was always a nice breeze and a shady place to be outside during the hottest part of the day. We would definitely rent this property again if we had a group of the same size.

Villa Noel was a nice place to stay for a week on St George. It had good views of the ocean and was accessible through private but open paths between houses directly across the street. The interior of the house was bright colors that our kids enjoyed. The pool was great. Hot tub is nice but uninviting in the garage area...would be better if it was on the first deck level to enjoy night views while in the tub. The grill was in rough shape. The number of rooms were good, but the yellow room had too much furniture crammed into it to where you could hardly get through the doors. Overall the house was organized but very much lacked dusting...there was thick dust on all the furniture and the HVAC filter had not been changed in months. So the house smelled dusty. There was dog hair on the comforter. For a summer rate of $2,700 it should have been much cleaner and more updated TVs and a new grill.

I have looked at all similar properties and this is the best with the most for the dollar. I like the west end close in, with a pool, across the street or on the beach. I usually desire 4 Bdrm, 4 Ba. Villa Noel has it all. Home is one level with all conveniences. Resort Vacation Realty has always been great. We love St. George.

My family hadn't been on a trip together since I was in my 20's and I am almost 50 now. This was a perfect house because it had split floorplan and a central great room kitchen where we could meet and hang out. My dad(75) has referred to it as o="our house" since then and we are hoping to return to the Island again this spring. We may not get to rent this house again simply because we may have more people this time but it is certainly a very welcome home and the view from the deck is as close to being on the beach without the extra cost. I give it high marks for being family and pet friendly(snoopy loved it too). Thank you
