Everything was perfect. One concern we had was the number of unsupervised kids that used the pool but were staying at the Buc Hotel. Would have been Ok if they were quiet about it, but were very load and even one day had a barking dog inside the pool fence with them. They said they had permission from the manager to be there. I doubt it!

We have stayed in this unit 2 years in a row. Every thing is good except the mattress in the bottom bed. our adult daughter has used it both years and not been to pleased. She even slept on the sofa bed but that wasnt better

We stayed only 3 nights, but having the pool as well as the beach was great. The condo was comfortable, very clean, and located conveniently to most of the shops and restaurants on the island.

We loved St. George Island! Just the place to go to relax and soak up the sun. The Villa's were nice, although F-1's interior was a bit shabby and tired. Resort Vacation Properties of SGI were very nice and accommodating.

I was very pleased with the accommodations, we were less than 30 yards from the beach and the weather worked out great for the week. Rooms were clean and kitchen had ample dishes and pots to prepare meals. Only issue we had was with the master bedroom's bed; box spring and mattress were old and offered little support. Bed gave too much and tended to sag towards the middle no matter what angle one slept, which made for uncomfortable evenings.

We loved the location. It was only yards to the Gulf of Mexico. The service was excellent and our safety was very important.
The home was well-equipped with all we needed.
What we liked the best was finding new sea turtle nests each day. What we liked the least was not being able to catch the hatchlings make it to the water early the next day. -

Really enjoyed our stay here. It is great if you have kids because there seemed to be lots of other families in the other units and the pool was a great place for them to meet and have a good time. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed and you cannot beat the location. We will return.

Excellent vacation property! I really enjoyed the entire apartment to be on the floor level and only steps away from the pool and beach. The two bedroom worked great for my family of 5 soon to be family of 6. I look forward to staying at the same Villa during this summers vacation.

We thoroughly enjoyed our room! We have 3 teenagers, including one who is disabled. The one-level, ground level (hard to find at St. George!) with "ramp-type" boardwalk was perfect for our needs. The room was clean and up to date. There is a nice patio area with grill, looking out to pool. If there was any downside, it was that the last night we were there, someone checked into the unit above us and were very noisy, kept us up all night (until about 4 am!!!) The room in question had been vacant all week until then, so it was nice and quiet before that.
I would highly recommend it and am considering going back this year. -

First, working with Resort Vacation Properties made the rental easier than I could ever have imagined - and it took less than 30 seconds to get my key! It was my first time renting a condo rather than staying in hotels - marvelous experience.
The property was bright, sunny, comfortable and CLEAN; it was stocked with everything imaginable for kitchen use. Photos of the kitchen/living area were accurate; bedrooms were even better than photos.
Three generations experienced a great week!
