La "Grande Plage" residence with a heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, opened in July 2011 and is made up of 25 terraced villas and 57 apartments. It is situated near to the dunes of St Gilles Croix de Vie which are known for the diversity of their fauna and flora.

The residence is built around a communal garden space in a residential area. La "Grande Plage" residence is newly built and is made up of 25 terraced villas and 57 apartments near to the sand dunes which are designated a conservation area for the diversity of their fauna and flora. Some apartments have a view over the rooftops and dunes to the sea.

From close to the r...esidence a pedestrian bridge goes across the Jaunay river, along the sand dunes behind the Grande plage, and on to “La passerelle beach”. The residence is 400m from La Grande plage which is 3.6km long.

The beach club "Les moussaillons" is open from April until the end of August. 1km from the residence you will find all amenities (bars, restaurants, shops, cinema, night club, casino etc…).

It is situated near to a protected dune area, known for the diversity of its fauna and flora, in St Gilles Croix de Vie. There is a breakfast room where guests can take breakfast if they wish.

The kitchenette has 4 electric hobs, a fridge, a cooker hood, a dish washer, a micro wave, an electric coffee maker, kettle and toaster.

There is a double sofa bed in the lounge.

There is a bedroom with 2 single beds and a second bedroom with a double bed (140cm x 190 cm) and an ensuite shower.

The bathroom has a bath (shower for properties adapted for disabled people) and separate toilets in most apartments/houses. There is a terrace or a balcony with garden furniture but no parasol. There is a lift to all floors in the apartment building.

The spacious apartments are finished to a high standard with attractive, tasteful furnishings providing comfortable, high quality holiday accommodation. Some apartments have a view over the rooftops and dunes to the sea.

There are bike racks in the enclosed grounds of the residence, which can only be accesses with an entry code.
